Construction Of 12.00M Wide Rcc Box Culvert At I.A. Sandila Distt. Hardoi - Earth work in excavation in ordinary soil, excavation should be in the regular form of pits not exceding 0.50 mtr, in depth, including dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 M. lift and 30M. Lead the earth from cutting to be used for embarkment inclusive of cost shifting of surplus earth upto 30 Mtr. distance average distance from site, as directed by engineer in charge. 2 Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1Cement :4 Coarse sand : 8 stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete including cost of for work in foundation and floors. 3 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1-1/2:3 for the R.C.C. columns excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work binding wire cost being included in the item. 4 Mild steel or iron inplan work shch as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured up to floor two level. 5 Providing and fixing unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes 110 mm diameter conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) single socketed pipes. 6 Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).
