Strengthening Work Of Roads Between Eh Buildings In Block E Of Preet Vihar I - Providing & laying spreading and compacting graded Stone eggregate to wet mix macadam specification prembong the matenal with water at OMC in mechanicalplant carriage of mixedmaterial by tpper to site laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base/base coarse on wel prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, MORT&H-406. 2 Providing and applying primer coat with 80/100 bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular baso including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kaisam using mechanical means, including supply of all materials, labour. T&P etc required for properompletion of the work as per Clause-502 of MORT & H specifications and os per direction of the Engineer.in charge. (AR) 3 Providing and layingbituminous macadam with higher capacly batch type HMP using crushed specified groding, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and file transporting the hot mbx to work sto laying with a hydrostatic paverinisher with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment. rolling with smoothmheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. 4 Providing and applyng tack coat with 80/100 bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom, including supply of al materials, labour T&P otc required for properompletion of the work as per Clause - 503 of MORT & H specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-In-charge. (AR) 5 Providing and laying bituminous concrete (Gr-il) with 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading. premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.40 per cent of mix and filler. transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smoothheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH pecification clause No. 507 complete in all respects Adjustment for bitumen shall be done as per job mix formula and E-in-C letter No 2651 Dt 27-07-12. (Using Plastic waste @ 6% of Bitumen Weight) 6 M-150 Brick work in 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 7 12mm thick cement plaster with 1:4 cement and approved fine sand mortar over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm including supply of all terial, labour, tolls and plants eto, required for proper completion of the work as perction SOR-2019 8 Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. réquired for proper ompletion of the work... 9 RCC work in ratio 1:1.5:3 with cement and coarse sand and 200mm stone grit ……………… completion of work 10 Providing Precast Concrete Manhole Cover & Frame conforming of to IS: 12592-2002. The concrete mix should not be less than M-30 Heavy duty. HD 20 grade desination- 560 mm internal dia. 11 Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface, mbing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 12 6) supply and fixing of 80mm thick shaped rubber moulded cement gray/ordinary red interlocking cementconcret paver blocks confirming 15:15650/2006 of control vibration napproved shape ine hamenso 200 (160+120) with minimum 5mm thick topping of OR cement mixed with 25% marble powder the compresive strength of concret paver block shall not be less than 30 mpa (M-30) including levelling and dressing of surface up to require label and slopes filling joints with local and inculding cost of material labour T&P required for proper completion of work as directed by E I and as per approved specifications
