T&P etc required for properompletion of the work as per Clause-502 of MORT & H specifications and os per direction of the Engineer.in charge. (AR) 3 Providing and layingbituminous macadam with higher capacly batch type HMP using crushed specified groding, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and file transporting the hot mbx to work sto laying with a hydrostatic paverinisher with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment. rolling with smoothmheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. 4 Providing and applyng tack coat with 80/100 bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom, including supply of al materials, labour T&P otc required for properompletion of the work as per Clause - 503 of MORT & H specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-In-charge. (AR) 5 Providing and laying bituminous concrete (Gr-il) with 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading. premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.40 per cent of mix and filler. transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smoothheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH pecification clause No. 507 complete in all respects Adjustment for bitumen shall be done as per job mix formula and E-in-C letter No 2651 Dt 27-07-12. The concrete mix should not be less than M-30 Heavy duty.
