Rate includes cost of all labour, tools, tackles, hire charges, royalties, levies, leads, loading/unloading, transportation, water, electric power, illumination etc. complete in all respects as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2. Demolition of RCC/PCC/Brick Masonry/Road will be paid in NET CUM after deductions for air voidsas demolished. |
| 3 | SITE CLEARANCE- CLEANING VEGETATIONCleaning bushes including uprooting of rank vegetation, green bush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cms (measured at a height of 1m above ground), stacking the serviceable materials and disposal of the same including rubbish etc. upto any lead and all lift as per specification and direction of the Engineer-n-charge. (payment will be made for actual site clearance area only). |
| 4 | EARTH WORK IN FILLING WITH IMPORTED EARTHa) Earth work in filling with good quality borrowed earth (from approved source) in the layers of 150 mm and compacted up to 90% (Proctor Compaction Test) to its Maximum Dry Density (Optimum Moisture Content by means of roller of different kinds depending on the soil characteristics) up to 3 m depth and any plan dimension including all testing, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing / filling up ground depressions etc. complete in all respect as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, as per technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:1.The contractor shall obtain prior permission from concerned statutory authorities as necessary for sourcing of earth required for filling as mentioned above and pay royalty etc., as applicable for the same. Copies of receipt of royalty paid by the contractor should be submitted to CLIENT/ MECON for their record before bringing the material to site. No separate payment will be made by CLIENT/MECON towards reimbursement of royalty or any other levies which shall be included in the rates quoted by the party. The contractor shall bring the earth and stock the same as per the directions of EIC.2. Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, cost of earth, royalties, right of way, taxes etc. |
| 5 | PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE (PCC) M-10 (1:3:6)[1 Cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size]Providing, laying in position, construction and handing over of PCC in all types of concrete works including levelling courses below foundations, mass concrete works, chambers, cable trench, under floors and any other locations(which are not covered as part of respective items of SOR), at all levels and locationsetc complete in all respects as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.Note:Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials, OPC/PPC cement, shuttering in all conditions etc. with all bye works and sundry works. |
| 6 | REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE M25 GRADE SUB STRUCTUREProviding and Laying in position Machine batched and machine mixed Design mix/ Ready mixed for Reinforced Cement Concrete workof grade M-25 using 20mm down size graded aggregate at all depths and heights in substructure using cement content as per approved design mix manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of RMC as applicable, including cost of centering, shuttering and admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete(improve workability without impairing strength and durability) but excluding cost of reinforcement as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Mechanical mixers with Hopper along with Weigh Batcher shall also be permitted for use at site with the approval of Engineer-Incharge to produce Design Mix Concrete of specified grade. all works upto finished ground level.NOTE:1. Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials such as,minimum 43 grade OPC cement/PPC cement including sulphate resistant cement if required, coarse and fine aggregates, admixtures, other minor construction materials, testing of concrete, curing etc. with all bye workscomplete.2. The reinforcement shall be paid separately vide respective SOR item. |
| 7 | REINFORCEMENT STEELSupplying, Fabricating and Fixing in position TMT Grade Fe 500D reinforcement conforming toIS1786 at all levels and positions including the cost of transport, straightening, cutting, bending, cranking, welding, provision of necessary chairs and spacers, preparation of bar bending schedule and getting the same approved by EIC etc., complete as per drawings and specifications and including cost of binding wire, labour, testing etc., all completein all respects as per detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The chairs and spacer bars provided will not be measured for payment.NOTE:1. Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials such as reinforcement steel, binding wire etc. with all bye works and sundry works complete.2. | 10 | Supply, fabrication and erection of steel Gates:Supply, fabrication and fixing in position of steel entrance gate including supply of raw materials, transportation and delivery at site, unloading, storage and handling at site, site assembly and finally erection at appropriate locations of double and single leaf MS Gates shall be fabricated out of hollow pipes, MS flat and MS Sheet etc, including all fixtures like MS Pivot, locking arrangement, MS tower bolts, gate stopper, hold fast, MS wheel with ball bearing, MS tee bend to shape and embedded in the road surface for gate opening track, etc. including surface preparation by sand blasting confirming to Swedish Standard SA 2½ for painting, supply and application of 1st coat of Inorganic Zinc Silicate 75 microns DFT, 2nd coat of Intermediate of Epoxy High Build Micaceous Iron Oxide (MIO) 100 microns DFT, 3rd coat Finishing paint of Acrylic Polyurethane 40 microns DFT and 4th coat finishing Paint of Acrylic Polyurethane 40 microns DFT (Total DFT=255 microns minimum) of approved colour.
