Restoration Of Electric Furnace No. 1 And Other Necessary Work At Shanagar Burning Ghat.- 1 DISMANTLING: Dismantling of all damage fire bricks from thefurnace chamber such As 9 nos Roast Bricks. Ash collection bricks (M.K-16 to M.K-24) 9 Sets angle or shaped bricks M.K-88-18 nos. M.K-100-4nos., M.K-101-4 nos refractory / side bricks M.K-27-18nos. M.K-29-18 nos through clearing of as collection chamber, air ducts by removing the ash inside the furnished chamber for patch repairingpurpose. 2 REMOVING OF STACK: Removing the broken bricks & all rubbishes to outside crematory/ dumping ground incl. loading, unloading, stacking & cost for transportation during patch repairing purpose . 3 PATCH WORK (RELINING): Relining the refractory shaped bricks,tiles, Angles bricks etc with good quality fire clay mortar by skilled labor (specially for cremation furnace) neat finishing and fitting for easy movement of the charging trolley over the roast bricks as per the direction of E.I.C of the dept. washing of the of the entire chamberwith Sodium Siliminate clay should be necessary.Roast bricks-9 nos, Ash bricks-(M.K-24)-9nos Angle bricks-M.K-88-18nos, M.K-100-4nos, M.K-101-4 nos.Side bricks-M.K-27-18nos, M.K-29nos. 4 PATCH WORK WITH BRICKS: Roast bricks 5 PATCH WORK WITH BRICKS: Ash bricks (M.K.-16 to M.K.-24) 6 PATCH WORK WITH BRICKS:Angle bricks M.K-88 7 PATCH WORK WITH BRICKS: Angle bricks M.K-100-4nos 8 PATCH WORK WITH BRICKS: Angle bricks M.K...101-4nos 9 PATCH WORK WITH BRICKS: Side bricks M.K-27 10 PATCH WORK WITH BRICKS: Side bricks M.K-29 11 CLEANING AND REPAIRING OF FUEL DUCT PASSAGE:Removing the complete damaged R.S bricks and R.S slab of the (U.G) duct passage of the furnace chamber and thorough cleaning of the duct passage upto the start of brick build chimney by removing ash/carbon particles and refining the same with R.S Slabs & R.S bricks after mending good damages in the duct passages withinsulation brick and red brick (1:4) with all necessary cementing masonry work 12 PATCH WORK WITH BRICKS: Good quality fire clay mortar Washing of the entire chamber with Sodium Siliminate clay should be necessary. 13 BLANKET FOR FURNACE DOOR : Construction of door blanket with 2 layers of ceramic blanket of density 96kg/cm... with 2 layers of ceramic blaket of density 128 kg/cm... and to be fitted in the spikes with S.S.pin so as the blanket does not came out. 14 CONSTRUCTIONOF DOOR BLANKET: a) Supply, Fixing the S.S304 spike from inside the furnace door each of 280mm dia for holding the ceramic blanket 15 FRONT COVER OF FURNACE DOOR: Supplying and fixing the new cover made of from 3.15 mm (10 SWG) CRCA sheet over all dimension 2400 mm X 1200mm with top arched shape as per existing drill holes for fixing over the furnace door in two halves. R.H Side 16 FRONT COVER OF FURNACE DOOR: Supplying and fixing the new cover made of from 3.15 mm (10 SWG) CRCA sheet over all dimension 2400 mm X 1200mm with top arched shape as per existing drill holes for fixing over the furnace door in two halves. L.H Side 17 BALL BEARING:a) Supply and fixing the ball bearing (SKF make) of furnace door by opening Palmer Block including wearing tapered sleeve as existing size with locking nut. SKF make 1213EKTN9 18 HEATING ELEMENT: Supply and fixing the Heating element (Heatcomake) of capacity 4.5 K.W to be working in supply voltage of 240 V 50 Hz made from 80/20 Nicrome wire of 8 SWG in coiled coil from welded S.S stud on both ends. The coil should be inserted into the groove of existing coil brick after proper cleaning and the S.S Studs housed into the ceramic caller tube wrapped. With asbestos rope for tight fitting and sealing as heat proof extended S.S stud to beconnected brass/ copper connector with complete connection in all respect of existing system. 19 HEATING ELEMENT: Supplying and fixing the terminal connector having drill holes for inserting S.S stud of 8.5 mm dia and connection point of existing copper wires of overall dimension 80mm long x25mm square shape. 20 THERMOCOUPLE:a) Supply and fixing the thermocouple of heatsensing range 0-1200 deg. C having (Cr-A1) sensor house in S. Sd 304 casing of dimension 1200 mm long x 22 mm OD complete encased in to it and fitted terminal on other end for connection ofcompensating wire. Heatco make 21 BACK COVER OF FURNACE DOOR: Supplying and fixing the new cover made of from 3.15 mm (10 SWG) CRCA sheet over all dimension 2400 mm X 1200mm with top arched shape as per existing drill holes for fixing over the furnace door in two halves. R.H Side 22 PALMER BLOCKS: a) Supply and fixing the C.I Palmer Block of shaft size 62.5 mm dia.(SKF make) 23 BACK COVER OF FURNACE DOOR: Supplying and fixing the new IC-MECH.WORcover made of from 3.15 mm (10 SWG) CRCA sheet over all dimension 2400 mm x 1200mm with top arched shape as per exiting drill holes for fixing the furnace door in twohalves L.H side 24 POWER CONTACTORS: Supply and fixing the power contactor T.P 70A, L & T make (ML-4) having 240V, 50Hz, coil incl. 2 NO + 2 NC Aux contact block. 25 ALTER (WITH BRICKS M.K.92): Construction of Alter in front of furnace chamber flash to furnace door inside with M.K ...92 fire bricks with good quality fire clay mortar 26 BALL BEARING:a) Supply and fixing the ball bearing (SKF make) of furnace door by opening Palmer Block including wearing tapered sleeve as existing size with locking nut. SKF make 1211EKTN9 27 BALL BEARING:a) Supply and fixing the ball bearing (SKF make) of furnace door by opening Palmer Block including wearing tapered sleeve as existing size with locking nut. SKF make 1207EKTN9 28 Estimated amount 29 18 % GST 30 1% CESS
