Bids Are Invited For Repair, Maintenance, And Installation Of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - Ncm Campus; Firefighting System; Service Provider Hydraulic pressure testing for water service line Hydraulicstatic testing of 4 Fire hydrant line (water service line). The total length of fire hydrant line is approximately 3000 metres in length. End connection fire hydrant line should be isolated from pumps and service lines before the commencement of testing. Before testing whereever hydrant lines are opened, they should be closed with suitable dummies. And all lines which are connected to main line have to be pressursed by means of hand pump. The pressure has to be raised up to 6 Kg/ Sq.cm and to be held 30 minutes. During the testing pressure, pressure should be held and observed for any pressure drop in service line. In case of any presuure drop, whether it is major or minor, the agency should report such events to the Competent Authority for carrying out necessary action by Users side. After sucessful completion of test, a detailed report has to be submitted with necessary recommendations for maintaining healthy condition of the fire hydrant line. Total Quantity :
