Measure and record crankshaft deffection, Carryout alignment checks in case deflection of cranknot exceeds limits with DYD assistance MAIN ENGINE Measure and record deflection checks of the SV mounts Carryout alignment checks in case mount deflection exceeds limits of 40 Adjust bulb clearance within 5+/-15mm Forward report to trial agencies MAIN ENGINE Calibtrate all injectors MAIN ENGINE Remove and refit the Charge Air Coolers MAIN ENGINE (a)Check for zero error of fuel rack on engine and correct as required, (b)Check for synchronization of remote fuel rack with the engine fuel rack and adjust errors as correct functioning of the over load protection unit depends on it MAIN ENGINE Evaluate functionality of FW&LO thermostats fitted in the FW&LO system of the engine based on FW temperature engine outlet/CAC inlet and LO temperature at engine inlet, Renew thermostatic elements based on the condition at the earliest opportunity with DYD assistance. MAIN ENGINE Examine inlet and exhaust valve springs are intact. MAIN ENGINE Check security of rocker arms pedestal tisteners MAIN ENGINE Check tappet clearance under cold conditions, Reset if necessary MAIN ENGINE Check crank case through upper and lower inspection doors MAIN ENGINE Carryout visual examination of cams and rollers of cam shaft MAIN ENGINE Check resilient coupling bolts for external locking. MAIN ENGINE Check engine foundation anchor bolts, support securing bolts with crankcase (set bolts) and support securing bolts with SV mount for correct tightness MAIN ENGINE Check fuel injection pump rack for free movement, Examine cam follower rollers Total Quantity :
