Repair/Replacement Of Worn Out Parts Of 3 Cusec X 15M Head Pumping Unit No.2 Along With Allied Works At Lis Lower Malpur.- 1 Repair/replacement of worn out parts of 3 cusec x 15m head pumping unit no.2 along with allied works at LIS Lower Malpur 2 Decoupling of 03cusec x 15m head HC pump of unit no.2 at LIS Lower Malpur from the motor assembly and dismantling the pump from the base frame. Carriage of the dismantled 03 cusec HC pump set, to the nearest roadside, using manual labour, head load to nearest road side, loading in transport vehicle, carriage to the workshop in the mechanical transport for repairs. Repair to 3cusec horizontal casing pump set at workshop by way of dismantling and extraction of damaged internal parts. Repair to pump shaft byway of remetalling, machining, turning to proper size, rethreading, making of new slots for feather keys & finishing to accurate size as per specifications. Providing/fitting of new impeller by way of brazing/welding, machining of bore, making key ways slots on the impeller and fitting of the same on the pump shaft. Providing and fitting of 2no.s new bearings on driving and non driving end of the pump as per sample, 2no.s neck rings, 2no.s shaft protection sleeves, 2no.s new check nuts, bushes, new gland studs and applying sufficient amount of grease to avoid excessive wear and tear, gland packing as per requirement. Repair to the bearing housing on driving and non-driving ends of pumping unit by turning and fitting of bush to make inner dia. of bearing housing suitable for fitment of bearings. Complete assembling of pump set after carrying out necessary repairs. Shifting back to the LIS at Lower Malpur after carrying out necessary repairs at workshop and then fitting/reinstallation at the base frame, coupling with the motor by making proper alignment and testing on partial/full load. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges etc. Dismantling of the damaged 2HP damaged monobloc pumpset of priming system at LIS Manyal brahmana and further shifting to workshop for repair by way of extraction of burnt/damaged windings, cleaning of stator slots and complete rewinding of the motor with new copper wires of requisite gauge and specifications of standard make. Providing/fitting of new insulation, packing material, then varnishing with superior quality varnish & drying in oven in controlled temperature.Also, repair of damaged pump by providing/fitting of new sleeves, new bearings of specific sizes. Complete aseembling of pumpset after repair.Back carriage to site after repairs and reinstallation of motor commissioning and testing on idle and load conditions. Complete job includes cost of material includinglabour charges with hiring charges of tools tackles and transport charges involved. Repair to automatic star delta starter of 50 HPpumpset unit no.2 at LIS lower Malpurby way of replacing damagedprotection relay, replacing of damaged 01 no. contactor ,repairing and servicing of other 2 nos. contactors, replacing 01 timer , repairs to internal control wiring.Providing and fitting of new thimbles by cutting ends of cable. Making of all the electric connections and testing thePanel on partial/ full load. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges and including rebate on old material etc. 3 Rebate on Old Parts
