M oil Filter -01 No. Fuel water Separator -01 No. Fuel Filter -01 No. and Air filter01 n0. 3 Providing and Fitting of Head light switch 4 Providing and Fitting of fog light Assy H4 with 12v with lamps for M/C -54 5 Providing and Fitting of Side viewmirror. 6 Providing and Fitting ofwiper blade with arm . 7 Repair to the V-blade assy. by way of dismantling the blade assy. From the machine then cutting of the rear horizontal support brackets 02 nos of the blade by way of gas cutting and shifting it inwards towards the nose of the blade by 8 and replacing the vertical support channels 02 nos by ISMC 100 L-1000mm 02 nos by way of cutting and welding. the job also includes providing and welding of 04 nos gusset plates of size 250 x160mm between the vertical and horizontal support brackets. Further the job includes repairing of the curved blade profile by way of gas heating, hammering & patch welding where-ever necessary to smoothen out the blade profile.
