Repair Of Deep Well Hand Pump Under Sub-Division-V (W/S)- 1 Labour charges for repairs and commissioning of deep well hand pump including removal of GI pipes assembly, and cleaning the same and replacing leather washer/ nitric rubber, washer, pump bucket to entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charg. All Labours tools and plant etc. required shall be arranged by Contractor and nothing extra will be paid, spare parts required will be supplied by the department free of cost or arranged by department. 2 Cleaning of filled up bore of deep well handpump beyond 24 metre depth upto all depth by boring with 15mm nominal bore MS pipe all kind of soil except boulder, excluding the cost of MS pipe and fittings but including all labour, tools, and plants required in the job complete all as per the direction of Engineer in charge (net depth of borecleaned will be measured for payment. 3 Supplying 32mm dia nominal bore ISI marked (medium class) GI pipe of 3.0 metre (approx) length including threading etc complete for ISI marked II deep well hand pump, complete 4 Supplying ISI marked 12mm dia 3.0 metre long electro galvanised bright steel bars along with hexaginal coupling but locking nut suitable for ISI mark-II deep well hand pump, complete. 5 Supplying and fixing GI cylinder with brass sleeve assembly complete for India (ISI) marked-II deep well hand pump. 6 Supply and fixing ball bearing 6204Z suitable for handle of the India mark-II deep well hand pump. 7 Supplying and fixing stainless steel axle suitable for deep well hand pump 8 Supplying and fixing chain with coupling in India (ISI) marked-II deep well hand pump. 9 Supplying and stacking the spare parts for ISI marked deep well hand pump India Mark-II at site including all leads- (a) Yoke body (Plunger) 10 (b ) GI socket 32mm dia 11 (c) M12x40 Hex bolt with nut 12 (d) M10x40 Hex bolt with nut 13 (e) Rubber seating ring check valve 14 (f) Rubber seating ring upper valve 15 (g) Uppervalve assemblywith P- road P Yoke body spacer & bucket 16 (h) Lowervalve assemblywith Rubber Seat Retainer check valve seat 17 (i) Hand Pump Stand 18 (j)Water Tank 19 (k)Head Assembly Complete 20 (l)Handle 21 Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables etc. including excavation for sockets & dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms depth up to 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil & then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc. & disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m: All kind of soil: Pipes cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia. 22 Providing, laying & jointing glazed stoneware pipes Grade ‘A’ with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:1 (1-cement: 1-fine sand) including testing of joints etc complete: 150 mm diameter. 23 Providing & laying cement concrete 1:5:10(1-cement: 5-coarse sand: 10-graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) all-round S.W pipe including bed concrete as per standard design: 150 mm diameter S.W pipe. 24 Making connection of drain or sewer line with existing manhole including breaking into & making good the walls, floors with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (1-cement: 2-coarse sand: 4-graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement plastered on both sides with cement mortar 1:3 (1-cement: 3-coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement & making necessary channels for the drain etc complete: for pipes 100 mm to 230 mm dia. 25 Providing & fixing square mouth SW gully trap grade A complete with CI grating brick masonry chamber with water tight CI cover with frame of 300 x 300 size (inside) the weight of cover to be not less then 4.50 kg & frame to be not less the 2.70 kg as per standard design: 100 x 100 mm size P type: with FPS bricks class designation 75. 26 Making plateform for stand post with 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2c/sand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) over a base of 10cm thick cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 fine sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with half brick thick kerbs brick masonry bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4c/sand) including finishing with floating coat of neat cement over floor and kerbs including excavation and disposal of surplus excavated soil, complete as per standard design (a) 1200 x 1200mm inside size with FPS, commomn burnt clay bricks of class designation 7.5
