E-Tender for MTPS-II – Boiler Maintenance – Annual Overhaul – 2025-26 – Overhauling of Coarse Ash Handling Equipments and other related works. -Removing the expansion bellows, Expansion joints, wornout asbestos gland packing (20MM), Spool pieces, Plate valves from the Eco hopper, Replacing/ Reconditioning the worn out parts, servicing the plate valves (200mm & 400mm), assembling the expansion joints with new asbestos gland packing (20mm),expansion bellows, replacing the wornout spool pieces, fixing the plate valves with new gaskets to the ECO hopper, replacing all the bolts & nuts with washers, consumables, T&P’s required etc.,( Metallic gasket and asbestos gland rope supplied by TANGEDCO) 2. 7 Nos Removing the 200 NB dome valve, Top plate, dismantling the dome valve internals such as dome, seal ring, seal, Spigot ring, V-ring, ORings, Shafts, Bearings, Bush, Dome valve housing internals ect,. Replacing/ Reconditioning the wornout internals servicing the valves, assembling the dome, seal ring, seal, V-ring, O-Rings, Top plate, Bearings, Bush to the dome valve housing, replacing all the bolt & nuts with washer hire charges for special tools, T&P’s required, consumables and other Safety appliances required etc., 3. 1 oper Dismantling the Conveying air lines, Flushing the lines, checking the lines for any leakages and servicing all the valves in the lines assembling the line with new gaskets and replacing the worn out valves and fixing the valves back into its position and commissioning the lines including the cost of hire charges for special tools and other T&P required and consumables. 4. 7 Nos Cleaning & clearing the chocked / accumulated ash inside the Eco ducts by scraping the ash to Eco hoppers, Dismantling the Dome valves, Spool pieces and clearing the ash from Eco hopper bottom, Clearing the collected ash from Eco hopper elevation to 0 mtr elevation as per the direction of the Engineer - in-charge including the charges for all required, consumables and all labour charges etc., 5. 72 mtr Dismantling of existing heavily wornout 125NB Coarse ash conveying pipe lines from Eco hopper to buffer hopper. 6. 10 Nos Dismantling of existing heavily wornout 125NB Coarse ash conveying lines 900 bend from Eco hopper to buffer hopper and renewal the new 900 bend. 7. 72 mtr Transporting the ERW pipe from MTPSII/Central stores to Eco hopper area and erection of 125NB New M.S ERW pipes from Eco hopper to buffer hopper for Coarse Ash conveying lines with suitable joints & welding the flange for coupling directed by the Engineer - in -Charge. 8. 200 RM Labour charges for welding eroded initial welding joints in the Eco Hopper above 2 mtr level (including the cost of welding electrodes)
