Bids Are Invited For Architectural Assessment Of Building Detailed Working Drawing And Other Construction Details At Ndc Under Ge New Delhi-21 Total Quantity : 6; 1. Services including the preparation of sketch designs (including carrying out necessary revisions till the sketch designs are finally approved by the authorities. Making approximate estimate to enable the employer to take a decision on sketch designs, Site survey. After approval of sketches, preparation of draft working plan and preliminary estimate, interfacing and co coordinating with utilities such as electrical system, fire fighting, plumbing and sewage disposal, based on draft working plans. Preparation of final working drawing during construction and erection stage approval of drawings and coordination of all agencies for proper flow of work periodical supervision by architects and engineers to review the works quality and progress. Client responsibility is to provide architect with clear design brief and feedback on the designs and to make timely payment of professional fees and reimbursable expenses Unit 01 (a) All drawings shall be made on Auto-CAD software of version/platform as mutually decided by consultant and E-6 Section and also models in sketching. Job 01 (b) The Consultant shall submit the following documents in presentable form in soft and hard copies for approval after carrying out the structural design and getting vetted as per para 6 ahead:- Job 01 (c) The vetting of following documents shall be done from the IIT/NIT/Govt Engg Collage :- (i) Input data/structure files. (ii) Architectural Drawing in Autocad. (iii) Design developed in 3D Max & Sketch up. It’s a 3D complete arch, structural, MEP coordinated model. (iv) Walk through and LIVE 3D model. Job 01 (d) Documentation of complete project. Job 01 (e) Any other document, if asked, will also be provided. Job 01 Note:- The rate shall be includes for all measuring equipment/scaffolding/ manpower and others safety precautions up to six story of buildings all as directed by Engineerin-Charge at site and no extra cost paid by department to executive auth/agency. Cost for layout deemed to be included and no additional cost thereof will be admissible on account thereof.
