Raking joists and preparing and plastering the surface of the wallswithin cement mortar 1:4 complete as per direction of Engineer In charge. 3 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper(ready mixed) having VOCcontentless then 50gram/litre. of approved brand and manufacture including applying coats wherever required to achieve even and colour. 4 Finishing walls with premium acrylicsmooth Exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade (old work ) one or more coates applied 5 Providing and fixing of klin seasoned selected class of sheesham wood door shutter. 6 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brandand manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 7 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade.(One or more coaton oldwork).
