Annual maintenace contract of 13 passenger capacity lift through trained and appropriately supervised personnel to perform maintenace services with taking all reasonable steps to maintain the lift in proper operating services with systematically inspect,adjust and lubricate ports of elevator to the extend necessary to maintain the elevator in satisfactory working.
