    Tender for Annual Plan-Project No. 72/2025-26 -Adachikkamala Kirath Road Concreting In Chengalayi Gp Ch From 0/000 To 0/140 Km-General Civil Work - Road Concreting 2 OD119606/2025-2026:Supplying and fitting name boards of size 75cmx45cm made with GI plain sheets 1.25mm thick (classiv)fitted with 35*35*4mm MS angle 2Nos horizontally and 3Nos vertically to make a frame for strengthening the GI Sheet fitted 2nos ,32mmGI pipe vertically 90cm above from GL and fixing in cc 1:2:4,30*30*30cm including cost and conveyance of all materials all labour charges, fabricating etc complete. 3 3.15.1:Compacting Original Ground <br> (i) Compacting original ground supporting embankment <br> Loosening, Levelling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for embankment construction as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.1. 4 75.8.1:Providing Plain cement concrete for road work CC 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 fine aggregate: 4course aggregate) laid to required slope and camber in panels (@ 3 m c/c) as requiredincluding compaction, finishing and tamping etc .complete. Max. size of courseaggregate not exceeding 25mm , mixed in concrete mixer etc complete as perspecification (i) Nominal mix (1:2:4) 5 4.1.A.2:Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (Table 400.1)<br>(A) By Mix in Place Method <br> Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. (ii) For Grading II Material
