Tender For Spl Repairs To Improvement Of Water Supply Distribution System & Connected Works And Provn Of Flooring With Tiles In Bldg No T-7, Aps Foundation Wing Under Ge Gwalior; 1 M&L for Construction of header made out of MS pipe of 200 mm dia (thickness of MS pipe not less than 12mm), 2.0 mtr length (in two piece of each 1.00 meter length and providing holes for fixing/welding MS pipe pieces with one flange end for fixing of 02 Nos sluice valve of size 150 mm, 02 Nos 80 mm dia. MS pipe should be fixed on PCC foundation and top with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded trap stone aggregate) (30cm in foundation on top) & anchoring with MS strip at 3 place (MS strip should be grouted in PCC as suitable) and masonary block constructed with 230 mm thick brickss sub class B bricks builts in cement mortar 1:4 and 15mm thick plastering to brick, masonary in cement mortar 1:4, including Excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.Note:-(i) Quoted rates are also included to fixing/welding of MS pipe cut pieces as required size/type/length on site each for all 04 Nos inlet/outlet water supply pipeline connected & all type PCC foundation & brick work complete (ii) All T&P material will be provided by the contractor without any cost. (iii) MS fitting like Flange, Dead plate, bleds reducer etc and sluice/butterfly valve should be measured and paid separatly under appropiate item of BOQ. 2 Supply & fix cast iron sluice valve PN-1.6 confirming to IS 14846/2000, ISI mark with MS sprindle and iron wheel head with both end flanged with new rubber gasket, bolts, and nuts fixed at any location of size 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. 3 Supply & fix cast iron sluice valve PN-1.6 confirming to IS 14846/2000, ISI mark with MS sprindle and iron wheel head with both end flanged with new rubber gasket, bolts and nuts fixed at any location of size 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. 4 Supply & fix for CI non return valve (NRV) confirming to IS 5312, ISI marked with GM flap of size 150 mm and connected with necessarybolts, nuts & washer, Gaskets etc complete all as specified and directed. 5 Supply and fix and welding MS flange of 150 mm dia & 12 mm thick and providing holes for fixing of nuts bolts of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. 6 Supply and fix and welding MS flange of 80 mm dia & 8 mm thick and providing holes for fixing of nuts bolts of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. 7 Supply and fix MS dead plate of size 200 mm dia & 12 mm thick and providing holes for fixing of nuts, bolts of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. 8 Supply and fix MS Bend of size 150 mm dia & 6mm thickcomplete all specified and directed. 9 Supply and fix MS Bend of size 80 mm dia & 6mm thickcomplete all specified and directed. 10 Taking up Cast iron water main (including all fittings) with spigot and socketed ends and lead joints including burning out lead joints for pipe of bore 150 mm complete all as specified and directed. 11 Supply, laying, connecting, jointing and testing ductile iron pressure pipe ISI maked to IS-8329-2000 (Reaffirmed - 2005 Edition 4.1) of 150 mm dia, with spigot and socket ends, for water supply class K-9 with cement mortar lining inside the metallic zinc coating with finishing layer of bituminous paint on outside the pipe without polyethylene sleeves but including Tyton Joint supplied with ISI marked rubber or fiber board gasket conforming to IS-5382-1982 (Reaffimed-2003) with dual hardness of type-2 (bulb) and type-5 (Heel) quality laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Earth work and DI specified / fittings of the pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ. 12 M&L for DI fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angle) Tapers any type (Straight bends, increasing, decreasing or double socket/flanged etc) Tee pieces, single branch Y junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or sockets & spigot/ all flanged etc) collars, Caps & plugs for spigot socketed/Flanged pipes upto 200 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for jointing of ductileiron pipe and pipe fittings any class with rubber gasketjointforspigot andsocket end pipe of 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. 14 Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth and getting out for laying of pipe etc in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 15 Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 16 Removing excavated surplus in soft/loose soil to a distance not exceeding 50M and depositing where directed and at a level not exceeding 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 17 Material & Labour for cutting of Roads/PCC/RCC floors and filling of PCC 1: 2: 4type B2 (using 40mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) for making good road cutting complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation and removal should be measured and paid separately under appropriated items of BOQ. 18 Supply and fix Cast Iron Air Valves with two air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 50 mm dia bore and fixing up in Cast Iron Water supply mains of size 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. 19 Taking out old unserviceable pipe line alongwith fittings from existing connections of size 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. 20 Same as per item No. 19 above but of size 50mm dia. 21 Same as per item No. 19 above but of size 40 mm dia. 22 Same as per item No. 19 above but of size 25 mm dia. 23 Same as per item No. 19 above but of size 20 mm dia. 24 Supply & Laying in trenches galvanised steel water tubing ofmedium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, unions, nipples, short pieces etc as required at site of size 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of BOQ(ii) The rates quoted inclusive of cutting, jointing and testing of the pipe. 25 Same as per item No. 24 above but of size 50mm dia. 26 Same as per item No. 24 above but of size 40 mm dia. 27 S&F in renewal of 50 mm dia gun metal gate valves with iron wheel head screwed at both ends for iron pipes complete fixed at any locationcomplete all as specified and directed. 28 Same as per item No. 27 above but of size 40 mm dia. 29 Same as per item No. 27 above but of size 25 mm dia. 30 Same as per item No. 27 above but of size 20 mm dia. 31 Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of upto200 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed. 32 Supply & Fixing galvanised steel water tubing 25mm dia of medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, unions, nipples, short pieces etc and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (i) The rates quoted inclusive of cutting, jointing and testing of the pipe. 33 Same as per item No. 32 above but of size 20 mm dia. 34 M&L for Construction of valve chambers of size 1.5x1.5 x1.2m in internal dimentions with 150 mm thick foundation of PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded trap stone aggregate) 230 mm thick brick masonary wall with sub class B bricks builts in CM 1:4 & 10 mm thick plastering with cement mortar 1:4 to brick masonary internally and externally upto 15 cm below ground level, 50 mm thick coping with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate), valve chamber having coller frame of size 1.5x1.5 x1.2mmade of mild steel angles of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm and cover made of 2.5 mm thick mild steel sheet framed by 40x40x5 mm MS angle having 02 Nos of cross X supprt fixed with coller frame by mild steel hinges - 02 Nos of suitable size, locking arrangements with provision of locks and painting the steel surfaces with two coats of alluminium enameled paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer including neccessary earth work, excavation, complete all as specified and directed. 35 Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota stone etc) of any description or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed. 36 M&L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 37 M&L for non skid ceramic colour tiles7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc set over 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurryand pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed. 38 M&L for non skid ceramic colour tiles7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc set over 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurryand pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.
