Name of Work:-Repair of 15 ton Electric overhead traverse (EOT) crane along other allied accessories / works installed at TPH, Jammu.

Repairs to 15 Ton EOT crane by way of disconnecting main supply of EOT Crane, decoupling gearbox from 10 HPmotor, dismounting Gear box from Trolley to the Ground by suitable means,Repairs to gear box by way of dismantling, checking, cleaning of the gear box housing/parts with kerosene oil/diesel, P/F new driven shaft- 01 No. , bearingof gear driven shaft(APS) - 01 No., Oil seals-08 Nos.,assembling, mounting and fitting gear box at its position after replacement of damaged parts. Refilling of gear box with gear oil by providing and filling new gear oil up to required label(15 ltr). Repairs to brake system of E.O.T Crane by way of complete servicing of 02 no. brakes(thruster & electromagnetic) includingreplacement ofBrake coil of electromagnetic brake-01 No., Break leather set of both brakesalong with requisite no of tension springs, rivets, nuts, bolts , brake drum(APS) of electromagnetic brake- 01 No with providing and fitting new one. Providing and filling brake oil- 01 ltr. Repairs to control panel of E.O.T Crane by providing & fitting new contacts & magnetic coil to 02 no. contactors of Siemens make. Providing & fitting new contactor of 25 Amp. 3 pole, 230v-02 no. in place of damaged one. Replacement of HRC fuses 03 no. Replacement of damaged cable hangers of 04 core service cable of E.O.T by way of providing & fitting 12 no. new cable hangers. Complete job includes testing and commissioning of E.O.T Crane on load. Job includes material & labor cost including charges for all tools & tackles required for execution of job.
