Tender For Replacement Of Old Deteriorated Gi Pipe Line, Repair Of External Pipe Line Of Type-Ii Accommodation And Singlemen Barrack At Hq Igar (E), Srikona.; 1 Providing, laying and fixing 100 MM dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenchingand re-filling etc as required including taking down old deteroriated GI pipe all as specified and directed. 2 Supply and fixing G.I. pipes (medium class) 80 mm dia complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etcall as specified and directed. 3 Supply and fixing G.I. pipes (medium class) 60 mm dia complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etcall as specified and directed. 4 Providing and fixing 25mm dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes,water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, Sockets and elboe, Tee, Union and this includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 5 Providing and fixing 20 mm dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints including earth work complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 6 Providing and fixing 100 MM C.I. sluice valves (with cap) complete with bolts,nuts, rubber insertions etc. 7 S&F Ballvalve of 20 mm dia (brass) of approved quality, high or low with plastic floats complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Providing and fixing gun metal non- return valve of approved quality(screwed end) 100mm with connected accssoriescomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 9 Providing and fixing gun metal gate 80 mmvalve with C.I. wheel of approvedquality (screwed end) all as specified anddirected. 10 Providing and fixing gun metal gate 65 mmvalve with C.I. wheel of approvedquality (screwed end) all as specified anddirected. 11 Providing and fixing gun metal gate 50 mmvalve with C.I. wheel of approvedquality (screwed end) all as specified anddirected. 12 Material and labour for dismantling the existing delivery pipe lines at Pump House No -3 to make the alternative arrangement delivery line to ajay top and Type-IISF Accn, 38 AR Md Accnwith connected Items for continuous water supply complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 13 Material and labour to attend the emergency break down complaint any type of the pipe lines at HQ IGAR (E) AOR including excavation and earth work andthe alternative arrangementof water supply and delivery line complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
