Tender For Upgradation Of Campus Electrical Infrastructure Atc-Dot Campus, New Delhi.; 1 Supply, retrofitting, and testing of the existing LT panel with new 1600A, 4-pole, microprocessor-based ACBs in place of the existing 1250A ACBs, including dismantling of old breakers, modification of panel structure, alignment, and necessary wiring & copper bus-bar for proper integration. The scope also includes upgradation of the metering panel with RS485-compatible energy meters. All work shall ensure compatibility with the existing system and conform to IS:13947 and IEC:60947 standards. 2 Supply, retrofitting and testing of MCCBs in the existing LT panel with new 400A, 4-pole MCCBs, in place of existing or vacant feeders, including removal of the old units, modification of the mounting arrangement, connection to existing wiring, and full functional integration. The MCCBs shall be thermal-magnetic or microprocessor-based, conforming to IS:13947 standards. The scope also includes the addition of the energy meters for power monitoring. 3 Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of UPS Input LT Panel fabricated with CRCA sheet steel, floor-mounted, dust and vermin-proof, IP42 rated or more, suitable for 415V, 3-phase, 4-wire system. The panel shall be equipped with two (2) 1600A ACB incomer feeders, one 1600A ACB bus coupler, Six (3+3) outgoing ACBs (1000A/800A), four (4) outgoing MCCBs (250A), and spare feeders. The panel shall include a copper busbar rated for 1800Amp or above, digital metering on incomer and outgoing feeders, indication lamps, earthing studs, and proper cable termination facilities. The design and construction shall conform to IS:8623 / IEC 61439 standards. 4 Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of UPS Output Panel for UPS-1, comprising two incoming MCCBs of 800A (from UPS-1 output) and three outgoing MCCBs of 630A (to distribution panel). Panel shall be CRCA sheet steel, IP42 rated, floor-mounted, fully wired, factory fabricated, and conforming to IS:8623 / IEC:61439 standards. 5 Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a new UPS-1 Output Distribution Panel, comprising one (1) main incomer MCCB (630A) with integrated energy metering, two (2) outgoing MCCB feeders (250A), and four (4) outgoing MCCB feeders (100A). The panel shall be complete with wiring, terminations, and labeling, and shall conform to IS:8623 / IEC 61439 standards for design, construction, and safety compliance. 6 Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 600 kVA Isolation Transformer, type K-13 for UPS Output Panel, suitable for 415V, 3-phase, 50Hz system. Includes proper mounting, interconnection with UPS panel, earthing, and cable terminations. Transformer shall be air-cooled, copper wound, and conform to relevant IS/IEC standards. 7 Supply, laying, proper termination (including supply and installation of suitable cable glands and lugs as required on Site), and testing of 240 sqmm, single-core, stranded copper conductor cable, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, suitable for 1.1 kV grade as per IS:7098 (Part I). Suitable for high-load applications, with excellent thermal, mechanical, and electrical properties, for indoor/outdoor use. Supplied with factory test certificates, laid on cable trays. 8 Supply, laying, proper termination (including supply and installation of suitable cable glands and lugs as required on site), and testing of 3.5-core, 25 sqmm, stranded copper conductor cable, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, suitable for 1.1 kV grade as per IS:7098 (Part I). Designed for medium-load applications, offering excellent thermal, mechanical, and electrical properties for both indoor and outdoor use. Supplied with factory test certificates and laid on cable trays. 9 Supply and installation of a dedicated earthing system for the UPS Input and Output Panels, including a separate earth electrode as per IS:3043 standard, galvanized steel earth busbar for each panel, and properly sized copper or aluminum earthing conductor. The earthing system shall ensure effective grounding with an earth resistance value not exceeding the recommended limit (typically ≤ 1 ohm), providing a safe and efficient path for fault currents. 10 Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) of perforated Galvanized Iron (GI) Cable Tray of size 600 mm (width) × 62.5 mm (height) × 2 mm (thickness). 11 Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) of suitable earthing strips or cable for electrical panels, along with eight (8) new earthing pits. 12 Using the existing BBT (1250A) as a power source from the LT Panel to the UPS Input Panel, ensuring proper connection, secure termination, and compliance with safety standards. 13 Removal of existing Riello MHT 250 kVA UPS (1 Nos.) and integration (connecting) into the existing UPS system (i.e., UPS-1) to configure a single power source. 14 Removal of existing old 100 KVA UPS units (2 Nos.) along with its output panel, including disconnection of all electrical/mechanical connections, safe dismantling, handling, and shifting to designated storage area. 15 Appropriate assessed value for the buyback of the existing UPS Input Panel and its corresponding Output Panel, including dismantling, removal from site, and safe transportation as per standard procedures. 16 Quote Price (Without GST) 17 Quote Price (Without GST)
