( Nothing extra shall be paid on any other account) 4 Supplying and stacking of Common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks class designation 7.5the rate shall include all taxes, loading, unloading and carriage to PWD store/ site as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. ( Nothing extra shall be paid on any other account) 5 Supplying and Stacking factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks In foot path, park & lawns driveway or light & traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, all complete as per manufacturers specifications & direction of Engineer in-Charge. 60mm thick Cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern. 6 Supplying and Stacking tactile tile (for vision impaired persons as per standards) of size 300 x 300 x 60 mm made by tactile vibratory method using PU mauld, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of tactile tile into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compacting by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with jamuna sand and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways etc. Complete as per manufactures specifications & directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Supply and stacking in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick , 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Supplying and stacking of fine sand (jamuna sand)the rate shall include all taxes, loading, unloading and carriage to PWD store/ site as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. ( Nothing extra shall be paid on any other account) 12 Supplying & stacking of Bitumen emulsion of Rapid setting (RS) confirming to IS 8878-1995 as per manufacture specification. The rate shall include all taxes, loading, unloading and carriage to PWD store/ site as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. ( Nothing extra shall be paid on any other account ) 13 Supplying & Stacking of Ordinary Portland Cement of grade 43 or equivalent as per manufacture specification. ( Nothing extra shall be paid on any other account ) 14 Supply of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to office store, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. a) With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30 15 Providing Supply of precast reinforced cement concrete bollards of size 950 mm height, 150/200 mm dia vibro compacted accurately designed, moulds appropriate reinforced withconcrete grade of M-25 as per approved design/drawing.the rate shall include all taxes, loading, unloading and carriage to PWD store/ site as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. ( Nothing extra shall be paid on any other account). 16 Supplying and Stacking of cutback Specialized instantaneous as road maintenance bitumen concrete compound shelmac/ Bitumax PR Roadlay or equivlent duly packed in 25 kg bag comprising necessary ingredients as per manufacture’s specification. The rate shall be include supply, loading and unloading and carriage to different PWD stores as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ( Nothing extra shall be paid of any other account. )
