    Tender For Attending Gas Leakage Of 132Kv Cb At 220Kv Ss Tundla Under Etd Firozabad - Dismantling of B phase pole of 132KV SF-6 circuit breaker of 132KV Tundla line bay at 220KV Tundla, Firozabad for attending the gas leakage. The job includes erection of the same pole after attending the gas leakage including cost of labour T&P etc. required for execution of work. 2 Inspection and rectification of gas leakage of 132KV SF-6 CB SEIMENS make type 120SFM-32A of 132KV Tunlda Line Bay at 220KV S/S Tundla. The job includes opening of B-pole assembly from upper & lower terminal flanges. Cleaning of all grooves of flanges and porcelains with petrol, scrubber pad and acrylic solution. Replacement of all O-ring of the pole and gas pipe fittings by applying anabond adhesive. Reassembly of pole then evacuation of pole upto 760mm. Hg. After testing of vaccum for 12 hrs. and staisfactory result. refilling of SF-6 gas upto required level. checking of proper operation of CB from local and remote. All materials, T&P except SF-6 gas required for execution of work will be arrenged by the contractor at his on cost. 3 Replacement of ETNA seal assembly including all associated work.
