Annual Repair Maintenance of Of Various Electrical & Mechanical Installations Of Terminal Building, Sub-Station Equipment, Operational Area, City Side Area, Cisf Barrack, Dog Kennal At Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport, Chandigarh (2025-26 & 2026-27)-1 Operation & Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Installations, pumps at various locations including Terminal Building, operational area, City side area, Service yard, CISF barrack, Street lighting etc by deploying following manpower on all days (Round the clock) of month including Sundays & Holidays in shift / general duty of 08 hrs. each. Job includes carrying out operation and maintenance activities / daily checking / attending day to day complaints / fault / breakdowns and taking rectification actions, ensure serviceability/ satisfactory working conditions of the systems record / documentation, Preventive maintenance as per the scope of work mentioned in the special conditions of contract, technical specifications and terms & conditions of contract complete as required: -(i) Electrical Supervisor (Highly Skilled) - 02 Nos.(ii) Sr. Electrician Cum Operator (Highly-skilled) - 03 Nos.(iii) Electrician (Skilled) i/c Reliever - 23 Nos.(iv) Helper (Unskilled) i/c Reliever - 20 Nos. Total Manpower = 48 Nos. 2 Collection of maintenance and operational data of site, Formation and distribution of record/formats/schedules for maintenance and operation works, Scheduling of E&M maintenance related activities , Upkeeping of Technical data , handling, generation & compilation of technical reports/required reports, site survey and other works related to technical assistance and site co-ordination etc. by deploying following adequate manpower for all days excluding weekly off days:1)Technical Assistant/Work Assistant- 01 No. (Highly-Skilled) 3 Rewinding of burnt ceiling fan motor including replacement of bearing, Greasing, varnishing, interconnections testing and commissioning etc. as required. (old copper shall be retained by contractor). 4 Rewinding of burnt exhaust / Padestal/ wall mounting of standard sizes as installed at site complete as required. 5 Rewinding of burnt Heavy Duty Air Circulator Wall Fan of 30 size including replacement of bearing, Greasing, varnishing, interconnections testing and commissioning etc. complete as required. (old copper shall be retained by contractor). 6 Repairing/replacement of Heating element, thermostate, thermocut of storage type water geysers upto 25 litre storage capacity complete as required. 7 Supply of 1000W Ceramic Room Heater Rod for room heaters as per existing sample on as & when required Basis. 8 Supply of 400 Watt halogen rod for halogen type heaters as per existing sample on as & when required Basis. 9 Rewinding of burnt 1.0 H.P. / 1.5 H.P. pump motor including Lowering and lifting with suitable mechanism complete as required. 10 Lowering and lifting 15 HP/30 HP borewell pump and motor with tripod etc complete as required. 11 Repairing / Rewinding of burnt 15.0 H.P. pump motor/ pump implers /shaft etc.complete as required. 12 Repairing / Rewinding of burnt 30.0 H.P. pump motor/ pump implers /shaft etc.complete as required. 13 Rewinding of Desert cooler fan motor of all makes and models i/c replacement of bearings/ bushes rotary mechanism, Greasing, varnishing, interconnections testing and commissioning etc. complete as required (old copper shall be retained by contractor). 14 Supply of water pump for desert cooler of all size suitable for Single Phase AC Supply on as & when required Basis. 15 Supply of 4 mfd Capacitor for Desert Coolers as per preferred make list on as & when required Basis. 16 Supply of 2.5 mfd Capacitor for Ceiling Fan as per preferred make list on as & when required Basis. 17 Supply of Blue Silica Gel Crystal for breather for Transformer / Bus duct on as & when required Basis. 18 Supply of Constant 12 Volt Non Dim Driver, providing 24 Watt output Power suitable for operation of Glowing Signages as per existing sample of reputed Brand on as and when required basis. 19 Supply of Constant 12 Volt Non Dim Driver, providing 120 Watt output Power suitable for operation of Glowing Signages as per existing sample of reputed Brand on as and when required basis. 20 Supply of Constant 12 Volt Non Dim Driver, providing 200 Watt output Power suitable for operation of Glowing Signages as per existing sample of reputed Brand on as and when required basis. 21 Servicing and repair of CCR of NASU / SAFEGATE make 2.5 KW to 20KW by service engineer of OEM or specialized agency (excluding Spares parts) on as and when required basis. 22 Dehydration and filteration of transformer oil at site by using filteration machine including testing the BDV and acidity before and after testing and submission of test reports for 1000 KVA, 11KV/433V Transformer of VOLTAMP make as per system requirement. 23 Supply of 2000 Watts Radiant Room Heaters of reputed brand on as and when required basis. 24 Supply of 1200 Watts Halogen Heater of reputed brand, having 3 Heat Settings, with rotation on as and when required basis. 25 Supply of 1500 Watt, ISI Marked, Radiant Room Heat Pillars, having 2 Heat Settings, with Fan for uniform heating i/c oscillation function, Rust free reflector of reputed brand on as and when required basis. 26 Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required :3C x 400 sq. mm 27 Supplying and fixing of 4 MM thick polycarbonate sheet with glare free face i/c design and pasting of letter & symbol, to be screen printed on inside of sign face made of self adhesive film of 3M applied on the inside face with required coloring pattern as per existing samples of apron/ Taxi guidance signage in existing signage frame on as and when required basis.Note:- The Size may varry for different type of signages. 28 Execution of items from Schedule of Rates CPWD DSR (E&M) - 2022 Item for Rs. 2,36,000/- (i/c GST)The items supplied should be compatible with the existing system.[NOTE: The rate may be quoted in the following manner-(i) If quoted Rate is Rs. 2,00,600/- then the Percentage will considered as 15% below DSR rates.(ii) If quoted Rate is Rs. 2,36,000/- then Percentage will considered as 0% above /below DSR rates.(iii) If quoted Rate is Rs. 2,71,400/- then Percentage will considered as 15% above DSR rates.PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ITEMS SHALL BE EXECUTED FROM Electrical DSR-2022 RATE AT THE ABOVE QUOTED PERCENTAGE AS PER SITE REQUIREMENT.
