One day in advance to be intimated to contractor and minimum Four Hours work to be allotted. 2. Time will be noted at the time of starting of work at site and also completion of work. 3. Part Payment will be paid every successful completion of 150 Hours. 4. No technical or other requirements will be provided by Factory authority. 5. Driver should enter with valid Driving License. 6. If failed to provide Backhoc Loader (JCB) on detailed day Rs.2000/- will be deducted per day in payment. 7. While execution of work any type of damage or loss to Factory property should borne by Contractor. 8. Before starting the work site clearance to be obtain from YMS, EM and ITC Sections. 9. Insured Backhoe Loader (JCB) is only permitted. 10.
