(DSR Rate 10117.60 X GST Factor 0.973= 9844.42) 5 Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-10 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand Fly ash and graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria,laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, by groove cutting machine,complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge Note:-Minimum cement content to be used this item is @ 150 kg/cum. TheprocessingfeeofC&D managementatprescribedratswillbedepositedby theagencyandthesameshallbereimbursedby thedepartmenton production of only original cash receipts and as per direction and entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge (Rate 520.22 X GST Factor 0.973= 506.17) 8 Providing and fixing 2 Nos stainless steel pipe (304 Grade) for post (Having 65mm dia thikness 2.11 mm and 2.90m in length with stainless steel hooks 3 nos. in each post with pipe cap, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same all complete. Also provide one standered / approved size badminton net of make COUGAR or LYGER with cleats which will be fixed with post as per given diamention and as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer -in -charge. 9 Providing and laying 8 layer synthetic acrylic cushion coating for badminton court with ITF classified material Refkim or equivalent , system consisting of :8 layers System Synthetic Acrylic for Synthetic Court:-· (1 Layer) Concrete Primer· (2 Layer) Acrylic Resurfacer· (3 Layer) Cushion· (2 Layer) Top Coat· White Line Marking All the above as per games standard by ITF. The product use must be clasified by ITF (International Tennis Federation) complete in all respect and as per the direction andentire satisfaction of Engineer‐in‐charge. 10 Supply and Instalation of sign board made with 3mm thick Mild steel (M.S. )rectangular plate1270 mm x 830 mm x 3mm thick M.S. Plate fittted below at rectangular plate over the 40 mm Squaretublar pipe 2200 mm long (weight not less then 3.43 kg/metre).Front side of both the plates shall be covered with high intesity encapsulated typeheat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination inculding subject matter message (Bi-lingual) symbol and border etc as per IRC code 67:2001 pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying neat and pressure conforming to painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and approved brand and manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer. Hot finished welded type tubes (DSR Rate 194.40 X GST Factor 0.973= 189.15) 12 Providing and fixing Clear Transparent Acrylic Basketball Board of Size 1800mmx1050mm with Rim and net of approved make or ISI Marked for basketball backboard fixing with standing steel pole with nut bolt, Goal mounting holes shall be cut as per the standard size as per Direction and Entire satisfaction of Engineering -in-charge.
