Iii.] Purchaser [By Engaging His Own Labourers] Is Permitted To Cut Rails And Hand Over The Excess Quantity To The Custodian. Nfs- As Per Tms /Ds8 Uploaded In Tms. Any Other Attachment To Be Cut And Hand Over To Custodian. Any Other Nfs Material In The Lot Other Than The Items Earmarked For Sale Should Be Handed Over To Custodian At The Time Of Delivery.
