(ii) Valve removal from cylinders. (iii) Thorough internal cleaning of cylinders. (iv) Visual Inspection. (v) Weight loss check. (vi) Hydraulic test. (vii) Internal drying. (viii) External surface cleaning and painting as per standard specifications. (ix) Fitment of valve. (x) Pneumatic testing/Hydro press testing at the pressure of 525 kg/cm² for 5 minutes. (xi) Purging of UGSS-N2 Cylinders (xii) Installation of cylinders on UGSS-N2.
