Tender For Lt Reconductoring Lt Line Under Cheruvally Transformer Area -- 1 Reconductoring LT line 2 Transporting poles by hired vehicle to a distance upto 5km and carryingupto 4 poles excluding loading & unloading 3 Insertion of one LT PSC pole in existing 3ph OH line incl. digging &back filling pit, fitting cross arm, insulator, binding etc. 4 Fitting one No. Section fuse on LT line with dropping cables, crimpingsockets, connecting with bolt&nut etc 5 Dismantling and reconnecting Sph service connection from the OH lineincl. lowering down the WP portion. 6 Dismantling and reconnecting 3ph service connection from the OH lineincl. lowering down the WP portion. 7 Straightening one Slanted LT pole after unbinding the line and rebindingthe line after work. 8 Straightening one Slanted LT Cut pole after unbinding the line andrebinding the line after work. 9 Fitting and erecting one HT A type Pole in position incl. fitting cross arm,digging & back filling pit, drawing earth leads. 10 Loading HT PSC pole from the stacking place and unloading the same atwork site (transport by vehicle). 11 Loading HT A type pole from the stacking place and unloading the sameat work site (transport by vehicle). 12 Providing Strut using LT PSC pole incl. digging & back filling pit. 13 Providing Fly stay for LT pole using LT PSC pole incl. digging & backfilling pit. 14 Dismantling (without damage) one LT PSC/RCC pole after disconnectingstays, strut etc. and stacking the same. 15 Additional rate for excavation of Pit for A type pole in Hard Laterite. 16 Additional rate for excavation of one Pit for HT Pole/HT Stay in HardLaterite. 17 Additional rate for excavation of one Pit for LT Pole/LT Stay in Laterite. 18 Additional rate for excavation of one Pit for LT Pole/LT Stay in HardLaterite. 19 Insertion of one LT PSC pole in existing Sph OH line incl. digging &back filling pit, fitting cross arm, insulator, binding etc. 20 Loading LT PSC pole from the stacking place and unloading the same atwork site (transport by vehicle). 21 Providing Stay for LT poles incl. digging & back filling pit.. 22 Dismantling (without damage) one km LT Sph 2 wire OH line, crossarms, insulators and stacking the conductors in rolls.. 23 Dismantling (without damage) one km LT 3ph 4 wire OH line, crossarms, insulators and stacking the conductors in rolls.. 24 Dismantling (without damage) one km LT additional conductor line,cross arms, insulators and stacking the conductors in rolls. 25 Providing WP support with PSC pole incl. digging & back filling pit. 26 Renewal of existing damaged/old LT PSC/RCC (Sph line) pole with newPSC pole in place and refitting of all items incl. conveyance (except pole). 27 Renewal of existing damaged/old LT PSC/RCC (3ph line) pole with newPSC pole in place and refitting of all items incl. conveyance (except pole). 28 Renewal of existing damaged/broken old LT stay with existing stay rod. 29 Renewal of existing damaged/old LT stay with new stay in place andrefitting of all items and conveyance of all materials. 30 Installation of Insulation piercing connector for main to service line main:16-95 sqmm, Tap : 4-35 sqmm 31 Installation of Insulation piercing connector for main to service line main:50-150 sqmm, Tap : 4-35 sqmm 32 Providing one Coil Earth using GI earth wire, digging separate pit atstandard distance away from the pole/structure & backfilling. 33 Installing One No. 4 way Satellite Connector of size Main :16 to 95,Tap:4 to 35 Sq.mm to the LT AB cable of Standard size 34 Fitting and erecting one HT PSC Pole in position incl. fitting cross arm,digging & back filling pit, drawing earth leads. 35 Providing concrete muffing (0.45x0.45x1.5m) inclusive of cost of allmaterial (as per specification). 36 Stringing of 1.1 kV Aerial bunched cable of size 3 x 70 + 1 x 16+1x 50sqmm with bare/insulated Messenger through existing poles 37 Installation of Insulation piercing connector for main to service line main:25-95 sqmm, Tap : 25-95 sqmm 38 Installing One No. Insulation piercing connector of size Main :16 to 95,Tap:1.5 to 16 Sq.mm 39 Installation of Pre-insulated straight through joints for 16sqmm cable 40 Installation of Pre-insulated straight through joints for 50sqmm cable 41 Installation of Pre-insulated straight through joints for 70sqmm cable 42 Singe Phase Satellite connectors upto 4 service main connections (25-95ABC/2.5-25 sqmm SM wire-2No) 43 Transporting LT ABC by hired vehicle to a distance up to 5 km andcarring up to 2 drum including loading and un loading using crane
