    Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - Repair Of The Helo Deck Hatch Guardrail Stanchions Installation Of Rubber Beading; Na; No; Buyer Premises A. Rectification of Damage/Deformity to the Hatch Structure - Detailed inspection of the Helo Deck Hatch to assess the extent of damage or deformation. - Removal of distorted, rusted, or compromised sections of the hatch structure. - Structural straightening, fabrication, and welding work to restore the hatch frame and panel to its original specifications. - Application of corrosion-resistant marine-grade paint/coating after repairs. B. Securing and Strengthening of Hatch Cover with Proper Guardrail Stanchions - Installation or reinforcement of hatch cover supports to enhance load-bearing capacity. - Fixing or replacing damaged/missing guardrail stanchions to ensure safety compliance. - Secure welding and bolting of all strengthening components to the hatch assembly. - Verification of stability and safety through load and stress testing. C. Renewal/Installation of Rubber Beading to Ensure Watertight Integrity and Safe Operation - Removal of worn-out or damaged rubber beading. - Cleaning and surface preparation of beading channel areas. - Installation of high-quality marine rubber beading to ensure proper sealing. - Conducting water ingress tests to confirm watertight integrity.
