Tender For Structural Repair Works In Assembly Shop - Phase I; 1 Cutting and dismantling of structural steel works with MS pipes, angles, plates etc. including the cost of all labour, providing and fixing of temporary lifeline and two layered safety net,tools & equipments, other incidentals, etc. and stacking the materials in CSL scrapyard. Oxygen, Acetylene and compressed air for the work will be issued free of cost from CSL, according to availability. 2 Supply, fabrication & erection of Structural steel work, using angles, plates etc. including cutting, bending, welding/ bolting, fabrication, erecting in position, aligning the erected structure, cost of all accessories, welding rods, providing and fixing of temporary lifeline and two layered safety net, hire for tools and plants etc. complete. 3 Supply, fabrication & erection of Structural steel work, using MS Pipes (32mm dia to 50mm dia.) including cutting, bending, welding/ bolting, fabrication, erecting in position, aligning the erected structure, cost of all accessories, welding rods, providing and fixing of temporary lifeline, hire for tools and plants etc. complete. 4 Painting with two coat Aluminium paint over two coat zinc chromate primer, after rubbing and cleaning the surface, mechanical buffing,including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, other incidentals, etc. complete. 5 Supply & fixing of 0.56mm thick aluminium corrugated sheet with overlaps of 150mmusing 6mm dia self tapping screws of make M/s Corroshield/ HILTI , at MS tray removed area under the girder. Rate including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, charges of fixing and removing temporary lifeline etc. complete 6 Cutting and removing old bolts & nuts of girders and replacing with new GI bolts, nuts and washers, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, tools, stacking of removed old nut & bolts etc. complete.
