Tender For Provn Of Black Top Road At Sigar Mil Stn Under Ge 872 Ews; 1 Excavationoverareas. n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified. 2 Rolling and consolidating of formation surfaces in cutting/filling by Power roller exc 8 tonne and n.exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed. 3 M & L for Soling (or sub base) 150 mm spread thickness with broken boulders or quarried stone (size 63mm to 100mm) (granite, trap or basalt), inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated with power roller 8 to 12 tonne to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. 4 M & L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layers of 75 mm thick in each layer , with coarse aggregates of granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size), spread, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber complete all as specified anddirected. 5 M&L for preparation of WBM and Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @ 7.5Kg per 10 Square metre on black topsurface. NOTE: Tack coat shall be applied with mechanical sprayer complete all as specified & as directed. 6 M & L for Premix bituminous, macadam @ 4% paving bitumen content laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. 7 M & L for Preparing BM surfaces by brushingwith wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 2.5 kg per 10 sq metre. Complete all as specified and directed. 8 M & L Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete complete all as specified and directed. 9 M & L for road marking with reflective thermoplastic painting of 2.5mm thickness, best quality, white/yellow reflective TRM (crystalex) conforming to specification laid down by the indian roads congress and BS-3262, with 20% glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid by automatic mechanical machine, engine driven, over a coat of primer as per manufacturers instructions, in strips of desired pattern, in width as directed including preparation and cleaning of new surface complete all as specified and directed. 10 Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA striplens reflectorfixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions. 11 Removing excavted materials (i.e. soft/disintegrated rocks) to a distance n exc. 50m & deposting where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting points complete all as specifed and directed
