    Tender For Interior, Furnishing, Electrical And Air- Conditioning Works For Punjab And Sind Bank Model Branch At Suncity Avenue, Sector-102, Gurgaon, Haryan INTERIOR & RENOVATION WORK Notes:- a The rate for all demolishing and dismantling to include carting and disposing of the debris outside the site at Municipal Dumping grounds. b The contractor will take approval/permission form the local authorities/Munciple Corporation to execute the work at site. Also the fees for kept the malwa outside the premises will be paid by the contractor. c Necessary propping, shoring and underpinning shall be provided for the safety of the adjoining work or property, which is to be left in tact, before dismantling and demolishing is taken up and the work shall be carried out in such a way that no damage is caused to the adjoining work or property. b Note - No paneling shall be provided behind the storage / cabinets / tables sides or any other surface which is not visible (no payment for same shall be entertained by the bank). Entire paneling shall be provided only on visible surfaces as per approved layout or as directed by the Bank.The paneling should be provided on independent pillars in the branch hall only that too till soffit of false ceiling. e Note:- Incase of wall not being true to plumb extra shims of aluminium section shall be provided. Nothing extra shall be payable in this regard. f Note: a) In case of false ceiling, area of panelling payable will be below the false ceiling only. b) Measurement of height shall be taken from finished floor only, in case of varying heights on either side of panelling, average height shall be considered. c) Openings/ door/ glass shall not be measured f
