Addition Alteration To B/R Works At Certain Qtrs At Icgs Gandhinagar And Lekawada Area Under Ge (I) Cg Porbandar; 2 Taking down plastering in cement mortar on brick or stone wall/ ceilings etc., including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 3 Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in Cement Mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in Cement Mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Ditto but 10mm thick rendering on ceiling surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Material & Labour for preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Material & Labour for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coats of OBD on newly plastered surfaces over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Material & Labour for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying Two coat of Colour washing including preparation of new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including pillar etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 10 Material & Labour for brick work with FLY ASH bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Material & Labour for Brickwork with fly-ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 12 Material & Labour for preparation of old surfaces of wall and finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving’s, including removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 14 Material & Labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2- using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base etc. finished even and rough to receiving top layers, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 15 Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 16 Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 17 Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 18 Material & Labour for Rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 20 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in Cement Mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes in floors, path / hard standing etc., with white cement and pigment (Coloured Tiles), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 19 Fixing only old Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 20 Fixing only old Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 21 Demolition of cement concrete of any description as in roof padding, coping, chajja etc. water tank bases on roof etc., un-reinforced (other than ground floor), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Debris/demolished materialto be removed out of MD land or 500 m away from the work place in low lying area. 22 Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate for bed block, covering on chajjas and kerbing on roof area etc., including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 23 Material & Labour for 25mm average thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 24 Material & Labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over primed / tack coat of paving bitumen 85/25 on roof surfaced by forced application complete including taking down/removal of existing treatment, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 25 Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel/ FRP sheeting, any gauge, thickness etc as in roof covering/ wall cladding etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 26 Supply & Fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain/ corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self-tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 27 Supply & Fixing 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof and / plain sheeting in wall cladding / fencing on iron frame etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 28 Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, framed truss, MS poles etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 29 Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Metre and making good disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 30 Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 31 Supply & Fixing Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 32 Supply & Fixing mild steel work such as angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including 10mm dia MS round bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including necessary welding where-required as per site requirement and other similar works complete, conforming to Gde E-165 (Fe 290), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 33 Material & Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 34 Demolition of wall and ceiling boards (Fibre, pulp insulation etc) of any thickness including cover fillets and frame work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 35 Supply & Fixing Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 36 Supply & Fixing 5mm thick PVC sheet fillets of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 37 Supply & Fixing 12mm thick perforated particle boards/ tiles fixed in ceiling for insulation/ accoustic purposes with water proof topping of size 600mm x 600mm of (Armstrong/ gyprocks) , fixed to snap grid or aluminium frame work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 38 Supply & Fixing 605mm x 605mm size anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling including hangers of 3mm dia wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 39 Supply & Fixing Hangers 6mm dia. G.I.
