Making Temporary Barge For Emergency Purpose With Other Allied Works Under Rcfa Part-I Water Supply Scheme.- 1 Making of cone Shaped poontoon intake Barge size 3.2mtr lenth 3mtr widhth with suitable to have minimum depth of 0.5mtr with MS channel75X40X6andsurface area constructed by 05mm Chequered Platewith requiredwelding andMS pipe80x40X5mm for hanging chain Pulley Block for lowering the submersible pumping Machinery,painting of approved shade and make over a coat of aniticorrosive paint. 2 After Making and paintingthe above said burge at the bank of the Barakar for floating in placing at proper position and holding the floating burge in proper location by suitable dia nylon rope by engaging suitable person and hiring of hydra and crane,chain pulley etc as per requirement of site and as per direction of EIC.(This work place is very dangerous and do the work carefully for avoiding accident) 3 Carrying of 50hp submersiblepump motor setfrom Panel house to River bank/ocp bank barge position place by manual labourwith critical accidental downward path way. 4 Supply of 200mm dia rubber hose pipe with following specifiaction Heavy duty,working pressure-8kg/cm2,reinforcement with G.I wire inside with both end flanges drilled as per BS 10 table flange thicness 11-12mm size:3mtr x 200mm dia 5 Carrying of 200mm dia new rubber hose pipefrom Panel house toRiver bank/ocp bank barge position place by manual labour. 6 Fitting fixing of200 mm dia.rubber hose pipe with replacement of damaged pipe with loosen the nut bolts rubber insertion and makingnew flange joint with supply of new rubber insertion and new and serviceale nut bolt all complete. 7 Making straight through joint by supplying jointing materials to make the joint leak proof all complete as per direction. 3core 70sq mm al ar cable. 8 Making straight through joint by supplying jointing materials to make the joint leak proof all complete as per direction.10 mm² Copper submersible cable Xwith the existing cable. 9 Installation of the Departmentallysupplied SubmesiblePumpset on the barge with the help of all tools takles, lifting shackles etc after dismantling of power line and pipe line of the damaged centrifugal pumpmaking of pipe line and power line connection of the new pump set including Testing and Commissioning all complete as per direction of EIC 10 Add GST @ 18% 11 Add CESS @ 1%
