brass cable gland and aluminium lugs of required size,laid in trenches or passing through pipes including testing after laying, including taking up old unserviceable cable complete of following size all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 27 Supply and laying in replacement of un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40 mmincluding taking down old unserviceable cable cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 28 M & L road cutting of size (30x45) cm width and depth 30 cm width 45 cm depth for laying of cables incl making good the road with necessaryreturning filling and bituminious portion with concret and bituminious mixture and cemented portion with PCC in 1:2:4 , 15 cm thick from top and matching the surfaces with existingall as directed. 29 Excavationintrenchesnotexceeding1.5 M wideandnotexceeding1.5 Mindepthandgettingoutin soft/loose soilor hard/densesoilfortakingup orlaying Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick burried in a pit to a depth of 2.25mtrs below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.50 meters below ground level, earth plate packed on all sides with charcoal dust mixed with salt to a thickness of 15cm, connected with earthing lead of 32mm x 6mmgalvanised iron strip, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade and water filling funnel and mess complete all as shown in plate No 4 of MES Schedule part II to the earthing test point, including PCC Work complete
