Network Monitoring of Water Level and Collection of Water Samples for Chemical Analysis in the District of Murshidabad for 73 Nos. of Permanent Hydrograph Stations (PHS)under the Executive Engineer(A-I)SWI Division No.-III, SWID ,Krishnagarfor theFinancial Year 2025-2026.- 1 Hire Charges of Hiring of vehicle for going to each site for taking water level and collection of water sample .Total distance to be covered for 4 times in a year 2 Surface Dressing of the ground in any kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead upto 75 m as directed. 3 Clearing compound premises of shurbs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission of Engineer-in-Charge prior to execution will be necessary)(Payment to be made on area cleared) 4 Charges for opening & refixing the top cap of the Piezometric tube including hire and labour charges for tools & plants as required all complete 5 Charges for collection of water sample as per direction in double capped Alkhathena Bottle of 500 ml capacity i.e. supply thereof and delivery of sample each bottle at office.Water sample has to be collected two times during a year as directed by the EIC.(for April & November months) 6 Charges for opening and re-fixing the hand pump including hire & labour charges for tools & plants as required all complete. 7 Labour charges for measuring water level from P.Tube/ Dug well/ Tube well by water level indicator/ sounding/ tape etc. including hiring & carrying charges of tools etc.(Measurement must be taken as per direction of E.I.C) 8 Supply of G. I. Pipes of TATA make including necessary sockets (a) 50 mm dia. Medium quality 9 Labour for fitting and fixing G.I. pipes above ground (exposed) in structures with holder bat clamps including cost of jointing materials, holder bat clamps etc.,as necessary, including cutting pipe, making threads etc. complete in all respect with two coats of painting with approved paint any height. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurement of the total pipeline including specials. Payment of painting will be paid seperately) (i) 50 mm dia. 10 Supply of galvanised iron socket with I.S.I. mark.(i) 50 mm dia. 11 Supply of galvanised iron jamnut. (i) 50 mm dia. 12 Taking photograph during water depth measurement using GPS enabled andriod mobile or other devices and the real time GPS time, Longitude and Latitude of P.H.S. Location has to be stamped on the photograph. The agency will be required to email the water level data in excel format along with photographs taken for each PHS and the email must be sent by the EIC. The report has to be submitted in a electronic mode of the entire district after each monitoring. 13 Labour Charges [ Mazdoor] for Washing & cleaning of glassware & assisting the Chemist during analysis for premonsoon & post monsoon of samples. 14 Charges for Minor repairing and maintenance of Flame Photometer or similar nature of instrument which includes cleaning the optical area potentially addressing calibration issue, replacing of defective minor parts like battery / Electronic components including supervision, labour and transportation charges and as directed by the EIC and excluding replacement of Major parts. [Payment will be made on the basis of completion of the work]. 15 Charges for Minor repairing and maintenance of UV visible Spectro photometer/ pH meter/ ion meter or similar nature of instrument which includes potentially addressing calibration issue, minor glitches replacing of defective minor parts like damaged optical fibers/ electronic faults etc including supervision, labour and transportation charges and as directed by the EIC and excluding replacement of Major parts.[ Payment will be made on the basis of completion of the work]. 16 Add GST @ 18% 17 Add Labour Welfare Cess @ 1%
