(without Fuel & operator) 2 Supply offuel/energy for Diesel generator For 15 KVA 3 Annual operation of DG sets, operation ofchange over switches as required, pump operation & all other essential works for smooth runningof D.G sets during normal power failure of W.B.S.E.D.C.L includingrepairing & maintenance of all Electrical Installation like overhead ACSR Conductor, Re-straining, street light fittings, L.T panel board, pump starter, Fan & light fittings, Electrical Wiring etc. in Office Building, Bungalow, Quarters and its surrounding area like pump house etc at Sonamukhi DVC Colony, Shehara Bazar Colony, Indus Irrigation Sub-Division, Khandoghosh Section, Bowaichandi Section, Sehara-II Section, Lohai Section, Uchalan Section-II, Shyamsundar Section & all sites under Sonamukhi M&E Sub-Division including recording individual energy meter reading , replacement of the defective energy meter, preparation of Monthly Electricity Bill of the incumbents, distribution of the Electricity Bills to the Office etc. under Sonamukhi Mechanical & Electrical Sub-Division by engaging suitable experienced manpower daily as and when required as per direction of E.I.C.[ Material to be supplied Departmentally as reuqired]. 4 Electrician cum Pump operator. 5 Helper for electrician. 6 Supply of 3HP/2.2 KW borewell Submersible pumps,3HP(water filled) Make- Kirloskar Brothers Ltd., description- KS4F-3010, 10 stage, outlet-50mm. 7 Supply of 7.5HP/5.5 KW borewell Submersible pumps,3HP(water filled) Make- Kirloskar Brothers Ltd., description- KS6G-0804R, 4 stage, outlet-100mm. 8 Supplying swaged and welded steel tubular pole of following specifications as per IS 2317: 1980) 9 9m length, 133Kg, 410-SP-30. 10 Supply of CI base plate for overhead MS pole. 11 Supply of CI pole CAP for overhead MS pole. 12 Supply of single arm bracket made of 40mm dia. 1.0 meter long. 13 Supplying and Fixing GI water proof looping cable box having hinged GI Top Cover having 4 mm thick with rubber gasketlining, railway type mechanical locking arrangement, earthing terminal with lug etc. of the following sizes as indicated below,Comprising of one 250 V, 15 A Kit-Kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator etc. and housing the same in pole muffing incl. addition and alteration to the existing CC muffing (6:3:1)after dismantling the damaged looping cable box etc. wherenecy. incl. painting 250 x 250 x 100mm. 14 Erection of Single Steel tubular pole of length as given below with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly a) Upto 9.0 mtr. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below:(a) By ISI-Medium GI pipe (PWD/SoR/Elec./G-1/2.a) 20 Supplying 32mm heavy gauge Polythene pipe. 21 Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint Upto 9.0 mtr. long polei)1st coat of aluminium paint over 1 coat of RO priming. 22 ii)2nd coat of aluminium paint over 1st coat (Upto 9.0 mtr. long pole). 23 Hire Charge of Motor vehicle for transporting man and machires to various work site under Sonamukhi Mechanical & Electrical Sub-Division. 24 Re-straining upto 6/1/.166 ACSR conductor including S & F binding wire with 9 SWG soft Al. wire. 25 Suplly of 19/8 stranded GI [Hot Dip] wire. 26 Supplying & Erection of Galv. ‘D’ iron complete with suitable poleclamp 75mmx88mm porcelain shackle insulator & 15 mm dia Galv. bolts & nuts. incl. painting. 27 Erection of 6/1/2.11 mm to 6/1/3.35 mm [i.e., 13 sqmm to 30 sqmm] all Al. Conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) incl.
