    Tender For Repairing And Painting At Internal Rooms Of Guest House A- Block.; 1 Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. 2 With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre 3 Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. 4 Two coat 5 Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red, Brown laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete. 6 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm,of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to preparethe surface even and smooth complete. 7 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50metres lead : 8 With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 9 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: 10 Two or more coats on new work
