| 4 | Steel fender 200 NB, 8 MM thick half cut pipe stiffened with ‘D’ shaped stiffeners 500 mm apart. |
| 5 | Corroded and thin down twin bollards to be renewed by 150NB pipes. |

| 7 | Corroded and thin down railing post (65NB) to be renewed. |
| 8 | Corroded and thin down railing pipe (25NB) to be renewed. |
| 9 | Damaged wooden door replace by new WPC door including all securing arrangement at wheel house and crews cabin. |
| 10 | Both side hydraulic gear box require to be full overhauling.(Spare will be supplied by WBSTC) |
| 11 | Port side Heat exchanger renewals with modification of pipe line work to be done.(Heat exchanger to be supplied by WBSTC) |
| 12 | Semi–Rotary hand pump (No.-5) for emergency bilge suction and HSD line requires to be renewed. |
| 13 | 23nos. Bilge, Fire,Main sea andHSD line valves are to be dismantled, repaired, pressure tested & fitted back including spare and machine shop work if required. |
| 14 | Hydraulic control system required to be overhauling including machining and renewal of defective parts. i.e. Actuator and pump. |
| 15 | DG set foundation and radiator cooling system require to be modified. |
| 16 | Propeller Shaft & Rudder arrangements including all bushes are to be dismantled and fitted back after necessary repair. |
| 17 | Both the Propellers (Mn-Bronze) are to be renewed. |
| 18 | Propeller shaft worn out journals metalizing by S.S. Electrode & machining to suit with the respective bushes and trueness to be checked & rectified. |
| 19 | Rubber cutlass bushes are to be re-rubberised |
| 20 | Propeller and coupling bed-in with the respective propeller shaft. |
| 21 | Propeller shaft key (S.S) renewal with securing screw. |
| 22 | Gland bushes & gland covers (G.M.) are to be re-sleeved – 02 sets |
| 23 | Propellers & couplings are to be bed-in with the respective propeller shaft |
| 24 | Both the rudder stock worn out journals are to be metalized & machined. |
| 25 | Rudder stock upper & lower GM bush & gland covers are to be re-sleeved -02 sets |
| 26 | Rudder blade securing S.S. bolts& nuts (fitted type) are to be renewed |
| 27 | Entire vessel external and internal surfaces along with inside frame work, bulkheads, cabin, deck fittings, railing etc. to be thoroughly chipped, scrapped, cleaned and painted internally and externally as per enclosed painting schedule |
| 28 | Engine room and rudder hold bilge suction line and main engine sea water cooling line opening, cleaning, pressure testing and fitment. |
| 29 | Damaged bilge pipe (50 NB) to be renewed |
| 30 | Engine room strainer and bilge to be cleaned thoroughly and the floor plate to be fitted in position after painting. |
| 31 | Crews’ cabin, master cabin and wheel house inside plywood paneling alongwith necessary wooden batons & bits to be renewed. |
