(As per TNBP No. 85) 3 Cold Milling to a depth of 40mm using milling machine including hire and running charges for the machine cleaning the milled surface as to avoid slippery including all other incidental charges and other unforeseen charges etc., complete. (As per TNBP No. 85) 4 Providing and laying of Gravel including cost and conveyance of the same to work site from approved quarry including stacking the same to departemental gauge for premeasurement including all labour charges for laying, spreading, all hire and fuel charges for power roller for compaction etc., complete and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers for making up of low berms. (Payment will be made for consolidated thickness of gravel only). (As per MORTH Specification 111, 112, 401 & 900) 5 Providing and laying Granular Sub-Base (GSB) layer of 200mm compacted thickness on the prepared sub grade with approved graded material of minimum CBR value of 30 grading conforming to Table 400 - 1 of MORTH including screening, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader, watering and premixing in a mechanical Mix plant at optimum moisture content, compacting with power roller of 8 to 10 T static weight to not less than 98% of the maximum laboratory dry density as per IS : 2720 (Part b) and fine dressing to the required grade and cross slope as shown in thedrawing or as directed by the Engineer, including obtaining and transporting all materials from approved quarry site to work site with all lifts and lead by mechanical transport, head load or any other mode of transportation, including labour, tools, equipment, safety measures, testing and incidentals necessary to complete the work and as directed by SIDCO Engineers. (As per MORTH Specification 111, 112, 401 & 900) 6 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates for Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant, conveyance of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers using pavers in Sub Base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory soil compactor to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers. (As per Clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5) 7 Providing and laying Prime Coat over WMM surface using 7 Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete. (As per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5). 8 Providing and laying Tack Coat over WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete. (As per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5). 9 Providing and laying Tack Coat over existing BT surface using 2 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete. (As per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5). 10 Providing, laying 50mm consolidated thick Bituminous Macadam using 0.20 cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0.43 cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.08 cum of 2.36mm & below size IRC metal with 37 Kgs of VG30 Grade bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen, aggregate and mixing them in required temperature using Central hotmix plant 20-30ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP. (As per Clause 504 of MORTH Rev-5) 11 Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36mm and below with 50.30kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP. (As per Clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5) 12 Providing and laying of Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. The rate includes cost of thermoplastic and labour charges etc., complete. (As per MORTH Specification 803) 13 Conveyance charges for Milling materials to the places shown by the Engineer incharge through lorries etc., complete. 14 Conveyance the Surplus Earth to the places shown by the Engineer incharge including loading into lorries, conveying unloading from lorries and spreading in places indicated as instructed by the Engineer incharge with a lead of 0 to 1 km etc., complete. 15 Earth work excavation for foundation by manual means for RR / brick and other step type footings for load bearing structures in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the TANSIDCO Engineers with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m and clearing and levelling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers. (As per TNBP No. 23 & 24) 16 Supplying and filling in foundation, basement with Crushed Stone Sand (M Sand) in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers. (As per TNBP No. 24 & 25) 17 Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement, five crushed stone sand and ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundationincluding dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and includingcuring etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers. (As per TNBP No. 28) 18 Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundationincluding dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and includingcuring etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers. (As per TNBP No. 28) 19 Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill, fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including super plasticiser,laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers. (As per TNBP No. 30) 20 Supplying and erecting Shuttering with necessary supports for Plane Surfaces such as RCC Column boxing, top & bottom slabs, sill slabs, sunshade with all cross bracings including strutting using silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre etc., complete. (As per TNBP No. 86 & 86A) 21 Supplying and erecting Centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting for Plane Surfaces such as RCC slabs, rectangular beams T or L beams, lintels, bed blocks, staircase, waist and landing slabs, landing beams, canopy etc. with all cross bracings using silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre supported by casurina post of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc. complete. (As per TNBP No. 86 & 86A) 22 Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel Reinforcement Grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMT and all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire). (As per TNBP No. 30 & 86) 23 Brick Work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and five crushed stone sand) using second class bricks of size 9 x 4 1/2 x 3 including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification. (As per TNBP No. 31) 24 Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand), 20mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers. (As per TNBP No. 56 & 57) 25 Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and five crushed stone sand), 12mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers. (As per TNBP No. 56 & 57) 26 Colour washing two coats using best freshly burnt white shell lime and best quality of approved variety of colouring pigment including cost of lime, colouring pigments, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification. Mineral colouring pigments not affected by lime should only be used (Stainers and colour solutions should not be used.) (As per TNBP No. 64) 27 Earth work excavation for forming Earthen Drain by manual means in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth with a lead of 10m within the compound in places shown by the TANSIDCO Engineers and clearing and levelling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers. (As per TNBP No. 20A) 28 Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers. (As per TNBP No. 20A) 29 Conveyance the Surplus Earth to the places shown by the Engineer incharge including loading into lorries, conveying unloading from lorries and spreading in places indicated as instructed by the Engineer incharge with a lead of 1 to 2 km etc., complete.
