    Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - Serviceability Checks Of Bpsplb To Be Undertaken; Serviceability Checks Of Bpsplb To Be Undertaken; No; Buyer Premises Serviceability Checks of BPSPLB • Initial Inspection & Diagnostics: - Visual and functional inspection of the entire BPSPLB unit. - Documentation of current serviceability status. - Identification of any faults, wear & tear, or safety issues. • Mechanical System Checks: - Testing of propulsion system and power transmission. - Lubrication of all mechanical joints and moving parts. - Verification of rudder and steering mechanism operation. • Electrical & Battery System Checks: - Battery health check and voltage level assessment. - Charging system functionality. - Replacement of defective terminals or wiring if required. - Load test on the electrical system. • Hull and Structure Assessment: - Inspection of hull integrity, buoyancy compartments, and seams. - Cleaning and minor touch-up of outer surfaces. - Assessment of water tightness. • Safety and Emergency Equipment Verification: - Checking of onboard emergency tools, first aid kits, and signaling devices. - Replacement of expired or non-functional items. • Floatation and Buoyancy Tests: - Conducting float test in controlled conditions (if applicable). - Verification of stability under simulated load conditions. • Documentation & Certification: - Submission of a comprehensive serviceability report.
