Tender For Providing Borewell At Ward No 7, 9 And 14 In Mohanur Town Panchayat; 1 Earthwork excavation for foundation to the full depth as may be directed by departmental officers in all types of soils except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary, refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in the places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10 Meters and initial lift 2 Metres and clearing and levelingthe site etc.complete complying with standard specification. 2 PlainCement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Cement, Four Fine Aggregate and Eight Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28). 3 Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9 X 43/8X 2 3/4 including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification 4 Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specification 5 Painting two coats for Interior surface with approved Interior Plastic Emulsion paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification. 6 Drilling of 150 mm Dia. Vertical clear bores in hard rock in anywhere in Namakkal district to any required depth as directed by the officers concerned including labour charges for inserting Ms / PVCcasing pipes to any required depth, assembling in the drilled hole including welding jointing if necessary, grouting the casing pipes including conducting proper yield test at final depth (by providing 90 0 V notch fitted in a formed channel and the correct yield at the time of free flow in the channel and the correct yield at the time of completion of drilling process should be ascertained of and reported ) and providing cap including transportion, crew and fuel charges for rigs and supporting vehicles from one place to another etc., complete and as directed by officers concerned - Bore well 7 Supply and delivery of unplasticised ribbed screen PVC casing pipe of the 150mm dia in 3m length with screwed and socket end and centering guide for every 15m length of pipes as per IS / 12818 / 92 and as amended from time to time to suit the borewell upto 80m depth (C.S) with ISI marking including, loading, unloading , freight, stacking and transit insurance charges etc, complete 8 Supply and delivery of submercible motor suitable for 150 mm dia. Borewell with 50 lpm X 125 M head including cost and conveyance to site loading unloading and transporting and all labour charges etc., complete. 9 Supply and delivery of50mm dia UPVC Pipe as per Standardspecification including cost and conveyance to site etc., complete - 50mm dia UPVC Column pipe 10 50mm UPVC . Elbow 11 50mm Gate Valve 12 50mm GM N.R.V 13 Supply and delivery of4 sq.mm flat type submercible copper cable as per Standardspecification including cost and conveyance to site etc., complete. 14 Supplying and fixing of 1000 Liters capacity HDPE tank with IS specification IS 10701/96 the tank is meant for outdoor (or)indoor use complete with removable hinged top locking arrangement and to make provision to fix water supply pipe lines, necessary man hole with cover and including all PVC specials pugs, screws nails to fix the tank etc., complete and the tank should fixedfirming as directed by the departmental officers.The rate shall be inclusive of all materials, labour conveyance hoisting and fixing charges etc. 15 Supplying and fixing of MS box for fixing the meter,panel board and main switch to a size of 75X35X60cm over the ex.masonry work with locking arrangements including cost and conveyance to site and all labour charges etc. 16 Supply and run of 4 of4 sq.mm(8/0.3) PVC insulated (Heavy Duty) SC unsheathed Cu.conductor of 1100 V Grade on 7/20 GI bearerwire for service connection mains 17 Supply and run of 4 of 4 sq.mm(84/0.3) PVC insulated (Heavy Duty) SC unsheathed Cu.conductor of 1100 V Grade in 25mm GI Pipe suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for mains 18 Supply and fixingof TNEB meter board suitable for 32 A Three phase service connection with (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1X1/8copper flat) on TW plank of size 600 mm X 450mm X 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1 tk.on either side with painting with suitable bolts and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit 19 Supplying and fixing of 16A aerial fuse unit(500A) on suitable 100mmX100mm TW concelled box with hylam sheet on the tapping pole with necessary clamps. 20 Labour Charges for the Erection of 50 LPM 125 mtr Head Submersible pumpsetin borewell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TNICN switches starter, voltmeter,Ammeter, three pilot lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jionting the cables andtwin earthing as per IE rules., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days. 21 Exterior Emulsion paint Two coats with good quality of approved Emulsion paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications
