    Tender For Modification & Repairing Of Counter Current Double Motion Agitation System Of A Cooking Kettle At Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd. (Kolkata) Fabrication, manufacturing, supply and fixing of Anchor Agitator Hub with arm & key way cutting. The assembly should be fabricated with SA106 Gr B Pipe of not less than 119 mm OD x SCH160 X 600 mm long for arm, minimum 32 mm thk flange for jointing. Hub should be of approx. ID 150 mm x 230 mm OD x 189 mm long with key way cutting on it. The approx. size of key will be 102.44 x 32.2 W x 61.16 mm long. Dimensions are given for tender purpose; the assembly need to be retro-fitted after modification of existing arm and key to be fitted on new hub on existing hollow shaft. It includes cutting the existing hub assembly and arm, fixing the new hub assembly with flange fabrication and fitting the same on the existing agitator. Sample of key may be collected to verify the size, tolerance to be kept at time of manufacturing so that it can be retrofitted at site after minor machining/modification Manufacturing, supply and replacement of worn out GM Bushes (Bush-1 &2) (approx. size 142 OD x 100 ID x 131 HT). Tolerance to be kept at time of manufacturing so that it can be retrofitted at site after minor machining/modification if required after dismantling of worn-out bushes
