Tender For Repair & Renovation Of All Sannadhi & Re-Construction Of Outer Thirumadhil Wall In Arulmigu Nadutharinadhar Swamy Temple At Kovilkannapur Village In Keezhvelur Taluk Of Nagapattinam District.; 1 Scaffolding charges for Vimanans andgopurams with casurina posts coconut or plamtrees wherever necessaryfor main, form work and providing with coconut keeth coverings, providing ladder arrangements, country wood pland for working, inpection etc, complete hire charges only for erection, maintainance and removing the same on completion of the work1 sq,ft. 2 Vimanam /Gopuram upto 50-0 Height 3 Vimanam /Gopuram upto 25-0 Height 4 Vimanam /Gopuram upto 15-0 Height 5 Providing Water wash and appropriate methodology to restore the originalities of the existing Granite structures inclusive of necessary scaffolding charges, conveyance and all hire charegs for all tools and plants and clearing the site after completeion of work etc., complete. 6 Pointing the cut stone joints with lime mortar 1:1.5 20mm thick including cost of special tiles such brush and watering, curing etc complete, as per standard specifications.The lime used should be sourced from Pollachi which is highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry works. 7 Clean removal of lime plaster from walls etc complete., 8 Plastering with lime Mortor1:1:5,( one lime & one and half sand)12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges, curing etc,complete complying with standard specifications.The lime used should be sourced from Pollachi which is highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry works. 9 Thorough scrapping of old plastered surface forWhite Washing, Colour Washing & Distempering etc Complete as per Departmental Standard. 10 Painting two coat with approved plastic emulsion paint over the cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including clearing preparing the surfacecuring ete complete as per specification. 11 Scraping the decayed lime plaster from the surface of Vimanams and Gopurams, carefully including isolated bricks or brickwork without damaging the vari vargams, racking out the joints, cleaning the surface with water, including all working in heights, hire charges for special tools, brushes complete superficial area including all folds - 100sft. 12 Vimanams / Gopurams upto 50 0 height 13 Painting with multicolour (Panchavarnam)good water based exterior emulson paints complete for the Vinamans/Gopurams, including costand conveyance of all materials, lobour charges including Artist painter, working in heights, lifting of material, cost of brushes etc,complete-which including all extra for foldings-100sft, superficial area. 14 Vimanam / gopuram of ht. Up to 25 16 Painting with multicolour (Panchavarnam)good water based exterior emulson paints complete for the Vinamans/Gopurams, including costand conveyance of all materials, lobour charges including Artist painter, working in heights, lifting of material, cost of brushes etc,complete-which including all extra for foldings-100sft, superficial area. 17 81/2 x 81/2 above 7 18 63/4 x 63/4below 7 19 Best varnishtwo coats for wood works etc, complete complying with standard specifications. 20 Clean removal of old paint from the surface of wooden door and Painting old wood work with two coats of enamel paint of approved quality and color over one coat of whiteprimer in all floors the rates is to include cost of all materials, brushes scaffolding charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications. 21 Clean removal of old paint from the surface iron work and Repainting old iron works such as gate, steel doors windowsventilatorswithtwo coats of approved quality and color of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in allfloor etc, complete complying with standard specifications. 22 Earth work excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by thedepartmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.(Thirumadhil wall ) 23 Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling crushed stone sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Thirumadhil wall ) 24 Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundationincluding dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification (Thirumadhil wall ) 25 Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cementcontent of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials). 26 Thirumadhil wall -1 27 a) Foundation and Basement 28 b) For Ground Floor 29 Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid) 30 Thirumadhil wall -1 31 a) For plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams, etc. 32 c) For plane surfaces such asrectangular or square RCC columns, sunshades, top and bottom slab of RCC boxing, etc. 33 Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire) (Thirumadhil wall ) 34 Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:6 (one cement & six sand) using best quality of country bricks of size 8-3/4 x 4-1/4 x 2-1/4 for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction. 35 In Ground Floor 36 Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Thirumadhil wall ) 37 Supplying and fixingmild steel grill Gate including costconveyance of all materials and fixing in position including priming coat etc complete with standard specifications. (Thirumadhil wall ) 38 Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming coat and one coat of Zinc Chromite in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)(Thirumadhil wall ) 39 Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
