Tender For Maintenance The Retro Fitting Toilet At Ettamadai Anganwadi In Azhagiapandiapuram Town Panchayat.; 1 Plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement four crushed stone sand) using 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete as per standard specification 2 Supply and delivery and fixing of HDPE tank as per IS 12701-1996 including loading, unloading transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipe and specials for pipe connection works including cutting threading and fixing charges 3 Earthwork excavation in all soils and sub soils except hard rock requiring blasting with initial lead and lift including re-filling the sides of foundation in layer of 15cm thick watering, ramming depositing the surplus earth in the premisedas directed by departmental officers etc 4 Plaing cement concrete using 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing laying consolidating and curing etc complete as per the standard specifications 5 Random rubble masonry in c.m 1:5 using best new rough and bond stones including simultaneous pointing above ground level with the same mortor and cost of all materials and labour charges etc 6 Reinforced cement concrete 1:11/2:3 using 20mm size ISS metal including cost conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges etc mixing laying consolidating curring etc but excluding cost of steel etc complete as per standard specification 7 Supplying fabricating and placing in position of mild steel or TMT rods, including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges for cutting bending tying and placing in position etc complete as per SS 8 Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary cross bracing for plain surface such as RCC slabs rectangular beams all beams lintels etc centering for soffits upto 3 meter height suing mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cx 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10 cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10cm to 10cm dia speaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard 9 Brick work in cement mortor 1:5 mix using best quality of III class country bricks of size (8 3/4x4 1/4x2 3/4) for foundation including curing cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete as per standard specification 10 Supply and fixing of mild steel grills for windows ventilators etc including priming coat design approved by the departmental officers including cutting, welding and cost of conveyance and all materials to work site 11 Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic exulsion paint S.I 358 of approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping clean removal of dirt etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers 12 Painting with two ocats of approved colour of best quality synthetic enamel paint painting over new iron work including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers 13 Stainless steel sink, 600mmx600mmx200mm
