Additional Work Of Chomu To Churu - Kandla Udaipurwati Gudha - Jjn (Bissau- Churu); 1 Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (Table 400-1). By Mix in Place Method. Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with Tractor Mount Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per MoRTH Specification Clause 401. For Grading IIIMaterial. 2 Wet Mix Macadam. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing thematerial with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, layingin uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smoothwheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400-12 & 400-13 and MoRTH Specification Clause 406. By Mechanical Means with 1 km lead. 3 Prime Coat. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base(WBM/WMM) including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MoRTH Specification Clause 502. 4 Tack Coat. Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1)using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRTH Specification Clause 503. 5 Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregates as per table 510 and design mix for base/binder course including loading of material with F.E loader, heating of binder (including cost of antistripping compound wherever required) aggregate and filler in hot mix plant 40-60 TPH transporting the mixed material by tippers and laying with sensor paver finisher as per clause 507.3.5 to the required level and grade, rolling by self propelled power rollers and vibratory rollers or pneumatic tyred roller 150-250KN. TP=0.7MPa to achieve the desired density (approved by the department) but excluding cost of primer/tack coat. [MoRTH Specification : Clause 507,112] with 4.50 % Bitumen. with bitumen grade 60/70 (VG-30) 6 Providingandlayingbituminous concrete as per design mix on preparedsurface with specified graded stone as per table500 - 18 for wearing course including loading of aggregate with F.E. Loader and hot mixing of binder (including cost of anti-stripping compound, wherever required) and 3% cement filler with aggregates in hot mix plant 40-60 TPH Transportingthemixmaterial with tipper to paver and laying with sensor paver finisher (as perclause507.3.5)tothe required level, gradesandrollingwithvibratorycompactor and pneumatic tyred roller 150 - 250 KN,TP = 0.7 MPa, to achieve thedesired density (approved by the department) excluding cost of primer/tack coat (MoRTH Specification : Clause -509,112). 30-45 mm compacted thickness with 5.40% binder grading - 2 with lead of mix material 1 km. a) With straight run bitumen grade 60/70 (VG-30)
