    Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - Defect Rectification Of Magazine Sprinkling System Fitted In Armory Of Icgs Pipavav; Defect Rectification Of Magazine Sprinkling System Fitted In Armory Of Icgs Pipavav; Yes; Buyer Premises a) Firemain Pump producing abnormal noise while starting and not developing sufficient pressure. Suspected worn out bearings and mould buildup in casing. Pump to be fully overhauled and proved for satisfactory operation (Capacity 5HP, Flow Range- 250 LPM). (b) Pressure switch for automation of fire pump is malfunctioning and not performing auto operation. Pressure switch to be repaired and fitted back. (c) Minor leakage observed from Dual plate type non- return valve due to pitting corrosion. Valve to be repaired and fitted back. (d) 02 in Nos Audio Visual Hooters not producing alarms while doing simulation checks, both AV Hooters are to be repaired and fitted back. Post completion of all defects full Magazine Sprinkling System to be proved for satisfactory operation. Total Quantity :
