Tender For Annual Plan-648/26-Govt.Collage Road-O P Saju Road Retarring Ward-29-General Civil Work - ROAD RETARRING 2 3.2:Preparation of Foundation for Embankment <br> Scarifying Existing Bituminous Surface to a Depth of 150 mm by Mechanical Means <br> Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4. 3 4.11.1:Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal. Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408. <br> (i) Using naturally occuring gravel 4 OD94131/2025-2026:Providing and laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements using 100 mm M40 hydraulic blocks of approved size, design & shape, laid in required pattern over and including a compacted bed of 6 mm stone aggregate of 50 mm average thickness, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 5 75.5.5.B.2pb:Modified Penetration Macadam 75 mm thick using Bitumen S-65 - Packed Bitumen RatesConstruction of penetration macadam over prepared base by providing a layer of compacted crushed coarse aggregate using chips spreader with alternate applications of bituminous binder and key aggregates and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506. 6 75.5.2.1pb:Tack Coat - With Packed Bitumen RatesProviding and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 7 75.5.9.2.2Z:20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bitumen S-65 and Antistripping AgentProviding, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.Case - II By Mechanical Means(II) Bitumen (S-65) 8 75.5.12.A.3.2Z:Seal Coat - Manual Means - Type C - Bitumen S-65 and Antistripping AgentProviding and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510A.
