    Bids Are Invited For Repair, Maintenance, And Installation Of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - Icgs C-148; Defect Rectification On Electrical Job Onboard Icgs C-148; Service Provider DEFECT RECTIFICATION ON ELECTRICAL JOB ONBOARD ICGS C-148 E-073/C-148: QSVs: 05 in nos quick shut-off valve not operated view QSVs releasing handle stuck in position. Quick shut-off valves are to be overhauled and proved for satisfactory operation. Job includes renewal of damaged wire ropes as per sample. E-076/C-148: Diving air compressor not developing pressure beyond 30 bar during charging. Suspect clearance increased between piston rings and cylinders of both stages. Defect identification and rectification to be carried out by competent firm. Compressor to be proved for satisfactory operation. (Make- Goenka Engg). E-077/C-148: During deployment minor sea water leakage observed from port main engine exhaust flap handle located in silencer compartment at 1500 RPM and above. Suspect exhaust flap handle seal was failed. Sea water leakage to be arrested and proved for satisfactory operation. Inway job includes removal & fitment exhaust trunking lagging and gasket to be replaced if required. E-078/C-148: 02 in nos port & stbd shaft seal cooling line valves are jammed in opened condition. Valves are to be repaired/ renewed as per sample. Type- Ball valve, Size- 20mm and Mat- Stainless steel. Total Quantity :
