Tender For Beautification work near Walia house ward no. 03 (SH: - Excavation, soling, c.c, railing, and c/o r/wall). -- 1 Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 including setting out , construction of shoring the bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 mtr. dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per direction of Engineer in charge within all leads and lifts. 2 Stone soling properly hand-packed filling interstices with spalls and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification. 100 mm spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour) 3 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in in foundation and plinth. 4 Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 40 mm as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504. 5 Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) ordinary cement without any pigment. 6 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: 7 R/wall, Return wall (any thickness) 8 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. 9 Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and twocoats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, raters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m² 10 Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification clause 1204.3.8
