    Tender For Boiler No. 04 And 05 Machinery Work For Year 2025-26 - Removal of fallen/damaged hanger bricks of the roof of the bagasse feeder of the boiler, then completion of repair work of the roof of the bagasse feeder by installing hanger bricks etc. and give a satisfactory trial.After re-tubing of the screen tubes of the said boiler, the work of removing the old baffles and replacing them with new baffles.General repair work of the furnace, walls and windows of the boiler.Breaking the roof of the chamber of the said boiler due to replacement of tubes and after re-tubing, re-installing and giving a satisfactory trial.After replacing the tubes from the front hanger to the roof of the said boiler, removal of all the tiles installed and after re-tubing, installing insulation and tiles and giving a satisfactory trial.Work to be done on boiler no. 5 capacity 30 ton.Remove the walls of the boilers furnace spreader and its arch and prepare a new arch and wall in such a way that the wall does not fall during the season.Demolish the damaged wall around the boilers furnace and rebuild it.General repair work in the boiler.Repair the roof of the said boiler as well as repair the hoppers installed on the inside of the ash chamber.Demolish the damaged line of underground flue gases behind the said boiler and rebuild it.
