Tender For Repair/Maintenance / Cleaning Of Sewage Line, Manhole, Septic Tanks In Pockets 7 And 8 Under Age B/R-Ii Ge Roorkee; 1 M&L for cleaning of blocked/ chocked pipe line of 100 mm to 150mm dia from floor or gully trap or from cleaning eyes or chamber to chamber or up to Ist manhole in any depth by rodding or by mechanical means and well flushing the complete line up to 1st man hole including removing of sludge/ waste to low lying areas within 200 m distance and burring the same properly to the entire satisfaction and including taking out and re-fixing of manhole covers duly set in cement mortar 1:4 as and where required complete all as specified and directed. 2 All as per above but 150mm to 200mm dia of pipe 3 All as per above but 200mm to 250mm dia of pipe 4 All as per above but 300mm to 450mm dia of pipe 5 Attending day to day complaint for blockage in gully trap/WC/floor trap/ nahani trap upto first manhole including necessary T&P for pumping/rodding etc complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for taking off existing cover of septic tank, cesspool, soak well, soak pit or manhole and Cleaning of septic tank, including connecting chamber by pumping out sludge water, cleaning of open drain, incl taking out mud sludges remove a distance exc 50 mtr and not exc 100 mtr, placed in the trenches not less than 01 miter deep from ground level and incl refilling the trenches with excavated earth to cover sledges placed, all as directed by Engineer in charge.Note : Excavation of trenches and disposal of surplus soil as deemed to be included in the quoted rates however qty of sludge and slued water in septic tank will be measured and paid. 7 Taking off existing covers of soak well/ septic tank/manhole and cleaning by approved mechanical suction pump with Tractor (Tanker capacity not less than 5000 Ltrs and laying/ throwing at designated locations as per arrangements made by the contractor and placing back in position the removed covers and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Applicable to items Srl 01 to 07.The contractors attention is invited towards the following elementsduring execution ofwork.(i) The complaint like floor trap, gully trap, WC block, sewage line block, manhole block i.e. day to day complaints of urgent nature shall be rectified within 24 Hrs (One day) from the issue of the complaint.(ii) Septic tank clean, soakwell clean shall be rectified with in 01 day from the issue of complaint.(iii) A complaint register with complaint and its type, date of issue and date of rectification will be maintained by contractor which will be checked by Engr-in-Charge min. once a week forward for payment purpose also.(iv) If any compliants not cleared within 24 Hrs, a penalty of Rs 250/- minimum daily wage would be recovered on per day pre labour for every day of delay from the CA amount. 8 Demolition of brick work in built in cement mortar for cracked wall of compound wall and similar work complete all as specified & as directed. 9 Dismantling Bricks (laid Flat in Floor or laid on Side Walls of Brick Drains, Channels), etc., Bricks laid, bedded and pointed in any Cement Mortar, complete all as specified and as directed. 10 M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 meter mean radiuswith old size bricks builtin CM 1:6,complete all as specified & as directed. 11 M&L Brick work with sub-class ‘B’ bricks in brick-on-edge walls (less than ½ brick thick), built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & as directed. 12 M&L Brick Work with old size Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks, laid on Edge as Side Walls of Brick Drains in Slope, Bedded and Jointed in Cement Mortar 1:6 and Pointed in Cement Mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed. 13 Taking downcementplaster any description on brick or stone walls/RCC walls surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified & as directed. 14 M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 inside and outside wall of manhole of brick work/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (With out using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed 15 Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m depth for cesspit, manhole etc,and getting out in soft/loose soil even in foul position complete all as specified and directed. 16 Add to item No 15.00 for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m complete all as specified and directed 17 Returning, filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as directed. 18 Removing excavated materials n.exc 50m & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above from starting point complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of manholes etc complete all as specified and directed 20 Demolition and breaking up of existing drain pipe (SGSW/ PVC/ RCC etc) set in cement mortar of pipe 150 mm including PCC of Packing/bedding and Haunching to sides of the pipes complete all as specified and as directed 21 All as per item 20.00 above but for 200 mm dia. 22 M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in concrete bed to 150 mm bore drain pipe incl packing under haunching against the sides of pipes after pipe laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed. 23 All as per item No 22.00 above but 200mm dia. 24 M&L for 150 mm bore (internal dia of pipe) salt glazed stoneware drain pipe grade ‘A’ laid in trenches and jointedwith cement mortar, laid and tested complete all as directed. 25 All as per item No 24.00 above but 200mm dia. 26 S&F in repair PVC (SWR) 110mm bore (dia) soil, waste and ventilating pipe, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, ceiling, connected to chamber wherever required, floors with and including all necessary fittings such as bend, tee, junctions, cowl etc, including taking down old PVC/CI/RCC Pipe etc complete all as specified and directed. 27 All as per item No 26.00 above but for 75mm bore (dia). 28 S&F in repair 75mm PVC (SWR) floor trap with grating including jointing with solvent cement including dismentling of old one and making the surface good complete all as specified and directed. 29 S&F in repair (SWR) junction single, (single T) 110mm bore equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed. 30 S&F in repair (SWR) junction single, (single T) 75mm bore equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed. 31 Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in cover slabs of manhole or septic tank, soak pit, RCC slab etc all as complete all as specified & as directed. 32 M&L for RCC (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) Precast cement concrete as in cover slab for man hole, or septic tank, soak pit, RCC slab etc and similar article with plain face. Set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 33 S&F deformed or twisted TMT bar 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking bending and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm or securing with clipscomplete all as specified and directed. 34 S&F Stack clamps out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays for 100mm bore of pipe, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof complete all as specified and directed. 35 All as per item No34.00 above but for 75mm bore (dia). 36 Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benchingfor and forming branch channel (1/2 or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 100/150mm dia pipes complete all as specified and directed. 37 S&Fin repair vitreous china squatting pan (Orissa pattern) long pan of size 580x440mm white glazed with integral footrest with P or S trap including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe , anti-syphonage pipe etc incl making good to floor fixed complete (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and directed. 38 S&F in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excludingflushing cistern and flush pipe), including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe, and seat cover complete all as specified. 39 S&F in repairs 10 ltrs PVC (White) valve less syphonic action type, flushing cistern low level with inlet ball valve float, handle, Aluminium brackets for bottom support fixing with gitties embedded in wall with drilling machine etc complete all as specified and directed. 40 S&F in repairs flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC 32 mm dia, for low level cistern complete all as specified & as directed. 41 S&F in repair 15mm bore stop valves/ angle valve of PTMT screwed down high pressure, with cruth or capastan head screwed both ends (minimum weight 110 gms) complete all as specified and directed. 42 S&F in repair PVC connection 450/600mm long with 2 nos brass check nuts suitable for 15mm bore of pipe with washer complete all as specified and directed. 43 S&F in repair of bib tap standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 44 S&F in repair plastic water closet (EWC) seat cover white closed pattern with flat bottom and cover including mild steel chromium plated hinging device complete all as specified. 45 S&F in repair health faucet 8mm dia 1.20 mtr long flexible tube and wall hook complete all as specified and directed. 46 M&L for non skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile 300x300mm/400x400mm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 47 M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles 450x300x7mm thick coloured as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry andpointed in coloured cement to match the surface over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 48 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. 49 M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in copping, surface channel, benching of manhole/drain etc slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed incl finish the surfaces smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 50 M&L 75mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, (1:4:8) (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base etc complete all as specified and directed 51 M&L Cement Concrete (1:3:6) (20mm graded aggregate), 75mm thick as in Plinth Protection/Foot Path/hardstanding etc, finishing Concrete Surfaces Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, incl demolition of existing cement concrete complete all as specified and directed. 52 M&L for pavement parking ceramic tile (min size 300 x 300 mm) and 8 to 10 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick screed bedin CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. 53 M & L for precast machine pressed cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thick M-35 grade, glossy type with grey cement and pigment laid dry over and including a layer of 25 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed (Note :- Rate quoted by contractor inclusive of sand cushion).
